Just bought brand new TREK hybrid from this shop. I could have went to any other shop in Sacramento but I chose these guys because I love their service. They truly wanted the best bike for me, one that I would love, and want to ride . I went with the verve 2 and yes, I love it. I also bought two helmets and some other accessories thanks to Leo for all his help and advice. I highly recommend the neighborhood bike shop.

Went here to get a tune up, it was super pricey at $150. Then, on my second ride with the bike, my pedal fell off. Completely fell off while I was mountain biking and caused me to fall. I wouldn't trust their tune ups as their obviously not checking all nuts and bolts.

Great neighborhood bike shop - have taken multiple bikes here for repairs/tune ups and the bikes always leave working great. Also always leave with a little more knowledge about my bikes and how to make them run well, which is very kind for a busy shop.

Go-to bike shop in East Sac. Shop local and stop by for a tune-up, a new set of panniers, or even a new bike. The staff is friendly and helpful, and if they don't have what you're looking for, they'll gladly order it for you! Stop by if you're in the area - you won't be disappointed!

Thanks East Sac for setting us up with a couple new rides! Selection is great. Staff is knowledgeable, no frills, just the necessities!

Nutrition section was non exisistant though. Don't bother stopping for mid ride snacks!

After being in the cycling industry for a decade I always enjoy going in and acting like a normal customer to get a real feel, and I had no complaints here. They took care of us.

I gave them a bump up in stars due to location and selection. Other than that this business is the prime example of someone that’s probably very knowledgeable, but has horrendous customer service. I do not recommend this place, drive a few minutes in either direction up on Fair Oaks. He recommended that my nephew not skid on his bike, when I’m thinking who cares? Again, I’m not doubting their ability to work on bikes, but I refuse to give a business my money when they’re condescending and passive aggressive.

Walked in today 11/3/23 at 11:25 am, man at register was on the phone and did not greet/acknowledge us nor let us know he'd be right with us. Did a quick walk around and noticed there were very few bikes for children, which is what we are shopping for. Bad customer service from the get-go is always a red flag for me, especially if I'm about to drop $400 on a kids bike..
