In 2023, I purchased a new Harley Davidson motorcycle at Eagle Nest Harley Davidson, excited to hit the road on my new ride. Unfortunately, after just two months, my motorcycle wouldn’t start, so I took it back to Eagle Nest for service. To my surprise, they charged me a diagnostic fee and a battery fee, but when I received the bike back, all they had done was hook it up to a trickle charger overnight. They informed me that my warranty didn’t cover the issue, even though I had paid for it. After paying the fees, I was frustrated and disappointed with their lack of service and transparency. This experience, coupled with the breakdown in communication from their finance department, left me feeling like once the sale was made, I was on my own. I vowed never to return to Eagle Nest Harley Davidson again.

Fast forward to October 12, 2024, when I attended a special event at Harley Davidson Folsom. On my way there, I noticed oil leaking from my front forks, which was concerning. When I arrived at Folsom Harley Davidson, I was greeted by Brandon from the service department, who immediately took charge of the situation. He was professional and reassuring, telling me that he would take care of everything. After reviewing my warranty, he pointed out that I had also purchased an extended warranty, which I hadn’t fully realized. Brandon then told me to leave the motorcycle with them, assuring me that the issue would be resolved quickly and at no cost to me.

True to his word, Brandon and the team at Folsom Harley Davidson went above and beyond. I didn’t have to pay a single penny, and my motorcycle was fixed properly. Brandon’s professionalism, honesty, and excellent customer service completely restored my faith in Harley Davidson service departments. I am now a loyal customer of Folsom Harley Davidson and will continue to return for any future service needs. Thanks to Brandon, I not only had a great experience, but I’m also looking forward to purchasing my next motorcycle from Folsom.

So I got a new Harley, 2020 Softail Slim. Took it in to the professionals here at Folsom Harley for a preventative service and Cruise Control installation. I cannot be more impressed by these guys care of handling. The process to install the cruise control is not simple and they just nailed it! The wiring harness looks amazing and they even re-centered my turn signals that were not centered on my windscreen. This bike is amazing and I am now going to work with them for a Stage 2 upgrade!

For the first few weeks, I was getting 42 mpg solidly… after a couple of weeks since the greatest Harley service techs this side of the Rockies serviced her… I’m solidly getting an unbelievable 46.79 mpg. Remember, this is an ‘06 carbed 1200 cc beast! Thank you Harley Davison of Folsom!

Had my awesome 2006 Sportster 1200 XLC serviced and routine maintenance done… and new tires and a much needed sport windscreen. The service department was great, on time and professional. As clean as I keep my baby, somehow - it came back even cleaner and shinier! They took great care, serviced her really good - probably rides better than it did in 2006 :). Saving so much on gas and I’m finally getting the respect I deserve at work!
