I'm writing a good review for this business just because I know how difficult it is dealing with those weird scooter folks. I work at a competing business and I know how difficult it is to not only work on the absolute junk scooters on the market...but also he is willing to install solid tires on them. He should charge triple the rate for you scooter bozos with solid tires. God bless this man.

Shop is fast and efficient! The staff is nice and friendly! They did a tube replacement on my revv1 unfortunately they under estimated the time it would it would take after I paid, the shop honored their original price which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend The Electric Bike Shop!

I would like to share this I took my electric bike to this shop to have a solid tire put on an was told by the owner it would be 50 dollars I called back after two weeks of waiting for my bike to get fixed an the owner Mike which I spoke to on several occasions how much 50 dollars when the bike is finally done I call back it will be a hundred so me an my Pastor go done there he tells me that I spoke to someone else that told me 50 dollars I ask the guys name each time he called he said Mike I'm the owner then me an my Pastor get there explain what was said an he said I will knock it down to 75. I just want to say I'm sorry about him replacing a part I found my charging port under my phone holder so I ask for your apology but the rest is true he never took anything off my bike an replaced it but my solid tire which I asked him to do but about the rest of the review is true god bless an I pray your bike shop thrives an thank you for putting the solid tire on once again he did not take my charging port off I found it just remember to get an exact price period

I am late leaving this review by at least 6 months or so. I have a electric bike and need to replace my planetary gear. I know how to do it, but did not have a bench vice to tap the gears in place which goes inside of the hub motor. I call these guys up and they said come on down. In fact, I went in, and it was done in about 10 minutes. They literally took the time out of their schedule to get me back on my bike. The front desk gentlemen was awesome and we had great conversation. The big guy in the back, the bike repairman was as cool, calm and nice as they come. They would not even charge me and I was ready to pay. Conclusion: Communication *5, Business Ethics *5, Workmanship *5. I will actually be seeing them again soon and won't hesitate to pay them for getting this disabled vet back on his bike. Thank you guys a lot.

Called before taking my electric scooter to him to get a quote to swap the pneumatic tires for solids (provided by me). Was told it will be $50. Fast forward two days later, I go to pick it up and get told I owe them $100! And if I'll be paying with anything other than cash it'll be an extra charge. While the swap was overpriced and the staff could've been clearer in their communication and not mislead their customers, to my surprise the "labor" was absolute trash and left me with a damaged reflector on the wheel (see pic). For the love of all that you value Mike, you guys can do better! I'll definitely take my business elsewhere and if you're reading this fellow Googler, you should too.

So far so good. Just dropped my evercross electric scooter off at this location and interrupted Mikes lunch ( He happens to own the place).
His estimate is approximately 2 weeks before getting to it.
I didn't receive a receipt for the drop off but he gave me a claim ticket upon my request. I'll show in photos
Here's a side note for your other Merchants no one else in Sacramento repairs these scooters he wishes there with someone else to lighten his workload
