Aguilar and Son’s is amazing.!! Richard is down to earth and will be honest with you about your vehicle. My family has been coming to him for several years and every time the work has been exceptional.
My husbands work car needed to be smogged and several places wanted to charge him an arm and leg and even told him that there was no fix for it. I recommended Richard’s which is my dads go to, and as expected, it passed. He definitely knows what he’s doing and gets right to the point. Thank you.!!

Always good results here. Richard and his family really take care of their customers needs and don't try to bs the customers with unnecessary repairs like other places do. BIG THANK YOU to Richard & David for taking the time to try & do everything possible to pass my Mom's '99 Ford F150. For some reason we were having trouble finding a smog location around our area that would take my Mom's vehicle for a smog due to the high heat temperatures affecting their machines that handles older model vehicles. We thought well if it gets cooler then we would be able to take it in to one of the locations; WRONG. We think it has to do with the high tech machinery that is turning to electric model cars so they can get older model cars off the road. Finally, after many weeks having no luck we contacted American Smog Shop to see during the cooler temperature we had but they still said no they still couldn't smog her vehicle & advised my Mom to try Aguilar & Son's. She did contact David & they took her in right away without an appt. It wouldn't pass so they worked on it so it would pass. One last thing my Mom has to worry about & still able to get it registered for her to drive her vehicle around. Upon picking up her vehicle Richard even let us know that if anything ever was to happen to her vehicle to just tow it there & they will fix it for her (we sure never had anyone let us know that). Thank you again for your expertise & kindness. We definitely will be back for any of our vehicle repairs. So hard now-a-days to find caring & honest mechanics.

Needed my car smogged for registration, and called in to see if they could take me as a same day appointment. Spoke with Richard (owner/partner) and he welcomed me in right away. I arrived and was greeted by his friendly staff and they asked me to pull my car right up. Richard was very efficient and did the smog check in just minutes. They check-out process was smooth and easy as well. Very happy experience for me. Working with mechanics can be intimidating but these guys reassure me that there are "good guys" that want to offer services in a very professional and seem less way.
