I inherited an old 1993 Honda 250 dirt bike that I couldn't figure out how to start consistently. Rick was generous with his time and kept it in the shop and checked it out over a couple of days, until he diagnosed and figured out a consistent starting pattern...which he then taught to me...super helpful and wouldn't even accept any payment from me! So extremely frustrating on the front of their ad they have a picture of a scooter and there add lists the services that they provide one of which is tuneup and oil change however, when I called to make an appointment for my scooter to be tuned up and get an oil change they do not provide it. Waste of my time

This place is amazing. Bought 2 pit bikes one for me and my 12 year old. After a few rides my son took a nasty spill and destroyed the engine. I had the bike back at R&M and within a week a new motor is being put in. Very professional and they do not price gouge. They always answer the phone and let me ask them dumb questions about pit bikes, * I know nothing about Bikes, et alone a dirt bike* maintenance etc and they are always so nice. I Will be back to pick up a couple bikes for me and the wife from R&M. Highly recommend.

Rick has been working on my motorcycles for years. One time the frame broke and Rick called the manufacturer and got me a new frame. Easy to work with, great work, and finishes in a reasonable time. Best shop in town. Wish more business were as professional as R&M.
