I don't have a good answer why I haven't used this local dealership and Service Dept. However, I was very happy from my first phone call to the last call ready for pick up. I'm changing where I trade from this point forward! They identified and fixed all work and didn't call me halfway through to tell me there would be an extra charge for some random part that additionally needed replaced. Nice first impression Mullahey Ford in Arroyo Grande. Service Writer Richard did you well! Appreciate good honest companies.

Tried to inquire about a vehicle and purchase it via text, as I was on a plane at the time. I was trying to purchase the vehicle within the time frame that Ford corporate was having a sale. I was ready to buy. The dealer I was “working” with was not helpful, nor willing to budge a penny in price. I messaged a Ford dealership in Turlock and purchased the exact same new vehicle for over 3000 less than this place. It was obvious that the guy didn’t want to work with me possibly thinking I wasn’t serious, since I was texting, but it is 2025 and this dealership advertises all over their site that you can buy online from them, so you’d think they would be more inclined to purchasing in other ways than having to go into the dealership. Oh well, I saved $3000 and will never consider this dealership again.

I have had good experiences here. First, about ten years ago I needed a new car and they did not try to push me towards an SUV like every other dealership. All I wanted was a small efficient vehicle and they were responsive to what I was looking for. Polite and professional staff, which also extends to the service department that I only recently began using after moving back to the area. They explain things clearly to me and are patient even if I am needing it explained twice. Thank you to this business!

Just wanted to leave a quick review. These guys are pretty damn awesome. I bought a 2024 maverick from them and left my 2024 Dark Horse to be worked on. They were really easy to work with and the service guy, Bronson, is a really kind and easy guy to work with. Hell of a lot better then San Jose/Stevens Creek Ford who wanted to charge me 1500.00 for warranty work.

It all started by an actual person answering the phone when I called and not a recording. I was connected to the service department and again answered by a real person not a machine. I explained my need for service and even though I live 21 miles away from the dealership he said that they would pick up my car and deliver it back to my home for free, no extra charge. He scheduled my appointment and from the day they picked it up until my car was returned they kept in touch with all aspects of my repair.

My Mustang had a recall and Mullahey Ford took care of it. Everything went well and the customer service from Richard was outstanding as usual. They now offer rental cars on site which was very convenient.
