This dealership is head and shoulders above every Harley-Davidson dealer in the Bay Area. They are responsive and don't play games with the pricing. I purchased a used 2024 Street Glide with 4100 miles for less than what I was quoted for a used 2023 Street Glide. They gave me a quote and agreed my price without playing games with undisclosed fees. Easy to work with and I highly recommend them for anyone interested in purchasing a new or used motorcycle. They sell multiple brands of Motorcycles so you have alot of options.

I recently purchased a 2024 Road glide. The trade-inamount I received for my old bike was twice the amount I was offered at Harley-Davidson Ventura. I was so pleased with the service and attention I received from Chris and Andrew. There are too many good things to list about Chris and his staff at Santa Maria Harley-Davidson. Took my ZX6R for new tires here last second. I called at 4, they close at 6. Anthony was extremely helpful and even gave me a selection of the tires that were available for my model over the phone. Josh, my service tech did a fantastic job, I’m extremely picky when it comes to getting anything done on my vehicles and it was left impeccable, quick easy, and correct. Felt very welcome here, was offered drinks during my stay there, the payment desk clerk was also friendly and made sure I was accomodated. Great job HD, you guys rock! Look forward to getting my service done here.

I found SMH-D online looking for a new 2023 street glide in vivid black, and they had the last new blk. SG. I had the fortune of speaking with Felix, my salesperson, and he was AWESOME. Felix worked with me on every detain I was looking for. I secured my financing, and I told Felix what I wanted added to the bike before I came to pick it up. Santa Marie H-D is 4.5 hours away from me, so the wife and I had a road trip. We made it down, purchased the bike, and they kept the bike, so to do the work, I requested. SA H-D brought the bike to me after all the work was completed. These guys at SA H-D are great, and I encourage anybody looking for a bike new or used to give Felix a call, and he will work with you to find what you're looking for. A great HD store right next to the 101. Very big and super clean store that actually sells all types of motorcycles. Very friendly and super nice staff. Welcomed us in on a hot day and offered us free refreshments! How great is that? Bought some swag and went on our way. I would strongly suggest you stop in, enjoy the experience and see some cool stuff and meet some great people. Great place indeed!
