Was recommended for oil change and tail light out. I made appointment a few days in advance. Was supposed to be quick, so I waited at coffee shop across the street, waiting for call. Seemed to be taking a while, so I had partner pick me up and ran errands. Was getting close to closing and still hadn’t received call, so I called and they said it was done a while ago. They said they checked tail light, but when I got in and checked, the tail light was still out. I had to sit and wait for bulb to be delivered and they said if it wasn’t there by 5, I’d have to come back tomorrow. It got there in the nick of time. I got in to drive away and headlight didn’t work. Not the best experience, but maybe it was just an off day.

It’s a honest shop , fast service , nice and clean. They let me know exactly what I needed. The hospitality was best I’ve received at any of the places I’ve ever been , they have comfortable chairs to sit if you choose to wait during your service. They also have beverages and tv to watch 😊🙌🏼10/10 I 100% recommend.

Very happy with the service. Needed two new tires and was in and out in ~ 1/2 hour.
My tire inflation warning light went on soon after the tire service so I drove back and Jonathon checked and adjusted the tire pressures as needed and showed me how to reset the inflation warning (newly purchased).
I will be definitely be going back for rotation or when I need more tires. Again, very happy with the service :-).

Had a tire rotation in cerritos and the tech did not tighten all the lug nuts. Stopped at ford dealer and they were too busy to help. The guys at Santa Maria tire took care of me immediately and torqued the lug nuts without a problem or charge. I would use them again.

UPDATE 04/2024 - Still going here and they do a great job. They helped resolve the shake my truck does when I brake. Short wait, nice waiting area with cold water and coffee available.

I've been going to this auto shop for decades. They are honest about what can or should be done. Prices are fair. Work is completed in a timely way. The guys up front are helpful and friendly. Scott has managed this location / office for years, and knows regulars by name. Recommended.
