Picked up a new 1300 GS on friday. Put 1200 Mi on it over the weekend and brought it back from my free first service. Cory is a great, knowledgeable salesman and everyone from parts to service were great. Came all the way to Idaho to get my bike from Cory and not disappointed.

If I could give negative stars I'd go negative 100. Initially I had reached out on their website, providing my fiance's contact info because he's a bit more savvy with motorcycle lingo. Then Tuesday 04.16.24 I called and spoke with Cory. I explained I wanted the BMW 310 GS cosmic black. Cory claimed he "Laid eyes" on it and verified it had only 1 mile on it and had not been outside their show room since they received it. I asked if he needed a deposit on it as I would not be able to go to Modesto until Saturday 04.20.24. "No it's all good. I put a paper on it saying sold to..." I was over the moon excited, my first motorcycle and EXACTLY the one I wanted. Thursday 04.18.24 Cory called me to let me know he checked on the offers available and what not. I asked him about touratech crash bars, clear water lights and so on. Again I asked if he needed a deposit and he said, "No it's your bike. We will see you Saturday." Fast forward 5:35 pm Friday 04.19.24 Cory calls "I have bad news". Long story short supposedly the other salesman took a cash deposit today on "MY BIKE". Needless to say I lost my S---. Cory claimed they had another bike with the 250 miles already on it. Then at another point he said he could give me the EXACT bike we had talked about but they put the 250 miles on it YESTERDAY 04.18.24 so I could get the 250 discount. Fast forward again. Eric Glazer the owner called me twice. First time I sent him to voicemail, second time I entertained his ego. The dude straight up said he personally put the 249 miles on the 310 in question LAST Tuesday 04.09.24. OK used car salesman which is it? Cory with 04.18.24 or the owner Eric on 04.09.24. ANYONE wanting any motorcycle Modesto carries DON'T Do it! in a matter of minutes we found 3 dealerships (a little farther away but F-it) that have MY bike. Sidenote: Santa Maria dealer called me back said he didn't have what I was looking for, apologized for my experience, but said Burbank was the best choice. Burbank... Here we come! Novel length review, but DO NOT TRUST MODESTO BMW MOTORCYCLES. They are a poor representation of the brand. They lack ANY credibility!!!

UPDATE: 04.27.24 went to San Jose BMW and picked upmy NEW (only 5 miles on it) BMW 310GS. The experience was worth the wait and drive. They even had the crash bars and lights installed before we got there. Oh even better the bike i got was $1300 cheaper and yes new. @ModestoBMWmotorcycles you lost a paid in full cash sale.

UPDATE 2: Hey Eric (owner) or Cory,1. It's ERICA not how you spelled it. 2. WE need you to cool your jets. 1st Cory said the miles were put on the day before and Eric said he "Personally" put them on the week before. Maybe ya'll should ask SJBMW to teach you how to be among the top not only in CA, But the nation. CenCal and NorCal BMW people, if it's an extra drive to San Jose DO IT! They're an amazing place.
