Not a licensed mechanic. Very disappointing customer support. Not trustworthy. Had Dalton put 2 new tires that I bought on my Road Glide. The rear was out of alignment witch caused the bike to sway at high speed. Had Dalton order a new back tire waited over a month and no tire. No invoices only a receipt for payment.To many excuses tire was never ordered. Had to get my money back. Dalton has to many problems and personal issues. He needs to learn how to keep his personal life separate from business and take care of his customers. Very sad. Thought I had a new bike shop I could spend money on my engine for upgrades. Shop is dirty and needs a front clerk at the register. Dalton, I hope you get your act together. You know what I mean. As it is now I can't trust what you say. To bad. I thought we could become good friends. KARMA Bro.

The crew at Limiters Unlimited thoroughly impressed me with their communication and attention to detail. Although they are a Harley Davidson shop they took in my daughter’s dirtbike and rebuilt the motor within a week to get her bike back to running for a race we were sure we would miss. They were honest and upfront the entire time. I highly recommend them for all your motorcycle repair and parts needs

I can't say enough nice things about Limiters Unlimited and the owner, Dalton.

On our trip across the west, one of our Harleys snapped the starter while we were in Grass Valley. Dalton dropped everything for us and got us on our way. He saved our trip.

Family owned and operated. What they stand for and do for the community is phenomenal. They look out for you and treat you like family. They work hard to make everything happen. I called in an emergency to have some work done, the week of a huge event and they did everything they needed to, to get me back up and running on time. They have always taken care of me and willing to work with me. True loyalty and I am forever grateful for the Limiters Unlimited team.
