Just moved to the area and needed service done on my ski boat.
After making an appointment with the very courteous front desk, my boat was in and out an agreed upon time frame. Having a place like Harrison’s to bounce questions off of like regular maintenance and even winterizations means my time can be spent on other important tasks.

Just bought a 2025 Tracker 175 txw (Bill was the salesman that helped me). Honestly, could not be happier with the whole experience. Never felt pressured at any point. Was able to find the right boat for me and the process was rather quick. Any questions I've had they have helped me right away and that's after I've picked up the boat. Could not recommend this place more. Will definitely be going back when it's time to get another boat!

Nothing but terrible experiences. *follow up. I was sold a boat that had water in the gas tank. 45 minutes after leaving the dealership, i was stranded on the lake as engine would not start. Called for help, i was told i was on my own. When I got the boat back to Harrisons, i had to spend $250 on gas tanks as they refused to drain the tank and told me I had to pay for the services (despite owning the boat for less than 2 hours at that time). Eventually did not have to pay for service to fix, but still out 30 gallons of gas and out $250 for gas cans i don't need. Trailer that came with the boat failed after 3 hauls (still broken, but i refuse to let you touch it). I had Harrison's put a ski rack on the boat. They delivered it bent and accused me of bending it. The owner refused to help blaming me. ONLY after showing them video surveillance from the marina of them delivering the boat with the bent ski rack did they agree to fix it. (remember trailer broke). I also had to spend $150 for them to come get my boat from the marina, despite the fact the trailer was under warranty. The ski rack / swing mount they put on strikes the engine when turning. Harrison's claims they put on the biggest ski rack/swing mount, but obviously when it impedes your ability to turn and scratches the motor cowling, its probably not appropriate for the application or installed incorrectly. An issue for another dealer to fix at my own expense.
