This guy is a terrific mechanic, however is extremely unreliable. Never returns calls, emails or text messages. When you need your boat worked on it takes forever to bill you when he’s done. I like the guy very much, but I have to move on because I expect reliability. I really think he is in over his head. A complete shame!

John and Berry took my four winns horizon to replace the cold water pump without an appointment. They also discovered that my shift cable had warn through. This cable I paid to have replaced at a shop in Sacramento in 2019. Money spent cable not replaced. Thank you for finding this and correcting the issue.

Nichols Marine is the best!Has been maintaining our X45 Master Craft for 15 years, we purchased a 37 ft Sea Ray and John came out for our Sea trial and I felt very confident with all his suggestions.The original owner of Sea Ray actually hired him to fix problems with Sea Ray for our Purchase.And Barry his employee has came to our Rescue with boat problems also
