I recently purchased a brand new KTM 350 EXC-F from Wheels In Motion (previously Santa Barbara Motorsports), and I can honestly say it was the best dealership experience I've ever had. From the moment I called, the team was incredibly professional and transparent. I worked out the price over the phone with Cam, and when I drove 3 hours to pick up the bike the next day, there were absolutely no surprises—what we agreed on was exactly what I paid. No games, no haggling, just a smooth, honest transaction. Josh handled the sales close and was also great to work with, making the final steps just as seamless as the rest of the process.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they made the whole process effortless. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a bike. If you're looking for a no-pressure, straightforward buying experience, this is the place to go!

This is my new favorite dealership! I found my dream bike (Yamaha MT-10) on their website, and on sale! Wow! They were over 160 miles away from me but I felt like I could not pass up the opportunity.

I called and dealt with Francisco over the phone, he was super helpful, and easy to talk to. He did some quick numbers to estimate out the door cost for me. I said I would call back when I was sure I had my money right.

My second call in once I knew I had my payment ready to go I spoke with John as Francisco was out. John was awesome over the phone and even cooler in person. He gave me a screaming deal on a bike already on sale and because I was coming from so far away to buy it, he knocked another $100 off calling it gas money. Now that's caring about your customers! I made the 3 hour drive and was excited to arrive at the shop. As luck would have it another customer came in ahead of me so I had to wait. While I was hanging out Nate came over introduced himself and we chatted bikes a bit, he thanked me for my patience and let me know John would be done shortly.

Once they were done I got to hang out with John who apologized for the wait, but had my paperwork ready to go and DMV documents already submitted (Nice!) We flew though the contract and chatted a bit (The dude had some really cool stories of races past and gave me some history on the shop).

While Wrapping up I asked if they sold any gloves with touch screen fingers. They did and threw in a pair for free! Thank you!

This is the best motorcycle buying experience I have had so far. I would totally recommend dealing with the crew at Santa Barbara Motorsports!

Getting into street riding for the first time, I went into SBM not knowing anything about the gear needed to be safe on the road (I rode dirt bikes and enduros off road occasionally over the years). Nick in the parts dept spent quality time with me informing and advising me of safety ratings for helmets and clothing as well as best helmet communication devices. On the days Nick was not there, his colleagues in the parts dept were also personable, kind, and professional with their knowledge and expertise, helping me to install a Cardo system in my helmet while I waited. Each team member at SBM from Parts to Service to Sales are consistently helpful with any and all questions I have. Highly recommend!!!!

I initially had high hopes for this shop because the customer service seemed great when I was spending money. Unfortunately, that positive experience was short-lived when I encountered a defective product. The moment I needed help, the customer service completely changed.

To make matters worse, I was misinformed over the phone, which led me to drive over 60 miles for nothing. This ended up wasting two hours of my personal time, all for an issue that could have been easily addressed if they'd just provided accurate information from the start. Locals were right when they warned me about this place.

It's experiences like this that are driving more people to shop online. I'm certainly not going to be spending anymore of my money there.
