We had a fantastic experience at Honda Santa Maria. Jose, Matthew, and Luis answered all of our questions and were courteous and professional. There was never any pressure. Jonathan in the Finance Department was also a pleasure to work with. It was the best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. It felt more like being with family than a one-time business transaction. The after-purchase service has also been fantastic. And… the car is great!!!

Victor Valdez at Honda in Santa Maria was an outstanding sales representative. He was so knowledgeable about all the cars, and answered our questions easily. We took our time looking at several cars over several weeks. He kept in touch with us but wasn’t pushy- he just let us know he was there if we had more questions.

He was really patient and helpful when we took the CRV Sport Touring hybrid out for a drive more than once. He found the car we wanted and kept us informed as to when it would arrive.

We are both very happy with the car and the great service at Santa Maria Honda!

Recently took my accord in to get serviced at the Honda of Santa Maria repair center. Communication was excellent. They went out of their way to make sure I knew what was going on with my car pretty much daily. They also contacted the warranty company and made all of the arrangements to have them cover it. They also got the parts sooner than expected, and what was a major repair was done in time under expected. Overall, they were great and the car runs excellent.
