What ever you do stay away! Boat repair shops get busy so you may be tempted to give them a try regardless of all the other bad reviews.... just believe me and save your self the money and head ache. Even if it was last shop in town I'd rather youtube and fix it myself then trust these guys ever again

Ed's marine service has an extremely knowledgeable and excellent staff. I fish tournaments and at one time produced a fishing show. Both of which require a well running boat motor. When necessary repairs were done by Ed's Marine Service, there was never any need to go for a test ride. I left with the confidence that the repairs were accomplished as explained, and I could go film the shiw, or fish a tournament with confidence in my equipment. Great facility. Great group of (professionals) people.

Had work done by Eds marine. Bill has yelled at me numerous times and disrespected me. Every time I tried to ask a questions about the repair or say maybe was it this? They would say I've been doing this for 40 years and get mad. Last job I took in was a pontoon of which they did not finish the work. They claimed it was working. I tested it and it was not working. Same day asked for them to fix it and they told me to get the f**k off thier property. Its unfortunate that they don't know how to treat their customers. Decent work bad attitudes. Be sure to check your boat before you leave.

Needed some work done on an outboard..Made an appt with Bill which was 5 days out..Brought it to him on date and time scheduled . He looked at my motor and saw some corrosion because I fish on the ocean occasionally and He said," I'm not touching this motor" bolts might be corroded and break". He was rude and did show I wasnt getting spark but refused to locate problem or attempt to fix it. He just blew me off in the end and wanted me away from his shop..Stay away from this place..Terrible customer service..

BEWARE. Engine overheated on me and almost blew after getting boat back for routine maintenance. Got swept down river on Cali Delta after engine overheated. Had to be rescued and towed back to the docks for a fee. Lost $ in trips and secondary mechanical checks related to their work. COULD HAVE SUNK!!! Water lift tube not installed properly, hose put on incorrectly, old gasket on impeller housing not removed before installing new one. FLUIDS LEAKING out of places they shouldn't have been. Oil in bottom of hull. Wouldn't replace $ lost due to their mistakes. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR FAMILIES LIVES OR YOUR BOAT!!! Engine overheat alarm appeared disconnected. Suspicious.

Sounds like they don't want to work on anything. The lady that answered the phone was rude. I asked if "they" could do a tune-up on my boat engine and she said " I don't work on anything " I told her what I had and said we don't work on that"... then she hung up on me
