This is a long review so to be brief, they were rude, argumentative, poor customer service skills, poor communication skills, condescending unorganized and hostile. They believe women are unintelligent.

Full review:
We took our personal water crafts (PWC) in for a seasonal tuneup. They said it would be done in a week. Three and a half weeks went by and after calling multiple times for a status update, they were unable to provide one. Since the PWCs were needed within a week, we informed them we would be picking them up. Ron became very argumentative and started to insult me over the phone. Not engaging in his behavior I informed him we would be at the shop around 4 pm to pick them up. Ron informed us that nothing had been done to them, they had not touched them. Then he called back an hour later and told us they had been looked at. One PWC needed a new carb and the other needed the normal tuneup service. He continued to berate me over the phone after I informed him we would still be there at 4pm to pick them up. I listened and then ended the call. When I arrived at the shop to retrieve my PWCs I requested a work order (WO). The man behind the counter, possibly Ronās family member, yelled at me saying he would not give me any documentation of what they did or did not do to our PWCs because they were not charging us for anything. They could not produce the original WO for me to sign showing they agreed not to charge us for anything. Which is fair because they did not do a tune up on either of the crafts. I informed him he is required to produce documentation regarding what they did and they got extremely upset, yelled at me, called me stupid and told me to leave. I informed them calmly that I would leave once they returned our PWCs. They store them in another location. Ron then tried to start another verbal argument amongst the silence while I refused to engage. He told me I have no right to be concerned with the amount of time they had my PWCs as they had other customers waiting over a year on their crafts that haven't been touched. The guy behind the counter stated that they are so busy, they are turning people away. Funny part is, we did a dummy call after he said that and turns out, they were still accepting water-crafts for repair and tuneup. Once our PWCs arrived, we gave them a good look over. They broke the seal under the seat and did not put the seats back on correctly. Once we assessed the PWCs at home, we noticed two spark plugs were stripped. We had to use special tools to get them out. The bad part is, we take these to Evans powersports for all tuneups, never had a good experience but they were close to home. One of the stripped spark plugs looked like it hadn't been changed in many years, there was nothing left of it. They charged us for new ones last year which was evident they didn't change. The spark plugs that were easy to get out were normal. Additionally, we had them replace the motor in one of the crafts 2 years ago. They charged us for a new motor not a rebuild but some of the parts were visibly worn. They also did an oil injection delete and now we have to mix gas. After assessing that same craft, we were able to determine it needed a carb rebuild which was done with the motor repair. I do not trust this shop on many levels including actual repairs being completed correctly or honestly. They have poor communication skills and were even struggling keeping track of where my property was while at their shop. We are now going to another shop for future repairs and service.
Edit to include response to businessās reply statement:
-They are incorrect regarding usage dates
- They did not explain the rebuild at the time. Information they provided below is not documented on rebuild WO.
- Copy of WO for this recent visit was not received
- They insulted our intelligence multiple times during communication for the duration they had our PWCs and during pick up.
- As seen by their lengthy bashing of my experience with them, the apology is long winded and most importantly insincere.
