DO NOT USE THIS U-HAUL FOR ANYTHING!!! I had ordered a ubox recently and it was stored for several days at this location before being shipped out. Once I received my ubox I immediately noticed the orange tarp was missing and my lock on the box was gone and replaced with a nail along with shrink wrap to hold the door shut. After opening my ubox I notice that there had been a perfect door shaped hole cut out on the side of the box that was covered up with another piece of perfectly sized plywood. From the outside you could not tell it was broken into other than the lock missing but from the inside you can see the hole. Countless items were stolen safes broken into and left empty tools and a generator taken and whatever was left behind was destroyed and unsalvageable. Boxes filled with original copies of family pictures gone and ruined. This was obviously an inside job and done at this location. The transportation company that was used had all four of their barcode stickers directly put onto all four sides of the ubox which tells me that the box was already missing the tarp and broken into before the transportation company picked up the box. Besides that who would break into something just to cover it up and make the box “good enough” to ship out. Absolutely disgusted that this happened and the fact that nobody saw anything or reported anything is horrible. Priceless family items gone and destroyed. I will never trust or use U-Haul again because of this horrible experience.

I can't remember *everyone's names, but even on the phone when I called to report I was gonna overrun my 4-hr expected return, excellent customer service.

*I do remember Elizabeth (in store) and Jeremiah (telephone), but there was another gal in the a.m and another young man in the afternoon. They were all fantastic. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, courteous, and professional.

I rent from this location quite often, we moved into a wonderful older home nearby in Woodland. With that comes projects and updates. The team here at U-Haul Woodland are always welcoming, helpful, quick, and efficient.

We have been renting trailers here (on & off) for several years now. Always been a good experience. They have lots of inventory of trailers, so getting one at the last minute has always been easy.

They need more utility dollies to rent out; as the reservation I had placed a month prior didn't have one available at the time of pickup. After spending a few hours calling around trying to find one; I finally went back to buy one (as anyone could imagine this put me behind schedule. The phone system had an error later on that day when I needed to pick up my car dolly and was instantly hanging up; when I called to mention I was a few hours behind schedule to pick it up (I had the dolly reserved along with the 20ft Uhaul I had already picked up earlier that morning). Somehow an employee was able to pull my reservation from my order and gave it to another customer. When they should have known that I needed it to go along with the $2k I already spent on a truck that I was loading. When I finally reached someone over the phone that evening an employee had told me someone else rented my reserved car dolly and they didn't have any for three days. The manager luckily called me that night 30minutes after the store closed telling me someone returned one of the two car dolly's early. She said I could pick it up in the morning. I asked if I could still pick it up that night and she stayed an hour after closing to help me hitch the automobile trailer. I was still a day late leaving due to the fiascoes but the manager gave me extra time on my return. 2/3's on my way to the destination, I recieved a flat tire on the Uhaul (they gave me another day to unload). I safely pulled over to the side and Uhaul had a tow company fix it within a few hours. I was then told I had to return the truck at a different location (1hr away), they again gave me another day to unload. After 5days of unloading, I went to return the Uhaul and the battery was dead (despite having lights off and not using the dome light inside the back at all). I jumped it myself not wanting to wait for a towtruck to jump it and had an extra 30min added to my drop-off time. Despite the very long list of issues for a mere 1k mile trip... they were all solved. I would like to thank the manager at this particular location for turning a nightmare into a slight inconvenience.

App didn't work right. My phone could not get the location to update even after I knew the GPS was allowed. My friend was able to start the GPS, then I was unable to start the next steps. After using both phones I finally got through the process 30 minutes after starting it. When I dropped off the truck my app crashed and was unable to finish the return process and left.
