S.S in for service maintenance. The Staff was very friendly. I even witnessed a couple come in to checkout a RZR on the showfloor. They were greeted and not hassled. (Feel free to ask question mentality) The place was very clean .(squeaky clean floors,lol) and it looked very organized.
The Shop Dept. was very helpful . All n All.
The couple hours I spent browsing while waiting was very pleasant.

Let me just say how refreshing to see all the employees there with great attitudes
If I was the owner I would be so happy.
Called with an issue with a snowmobile.
Service said bring it down we will look at it for you.
Brought in the snowmobile and let's say the customer service awesome.
They looked at the snowmobile while I waited ... unfortunately need more then just a peak.
Technician very knowledgeable and asked all the right question's so I decided to have them investigate further.
I was greeted by most of the employees on the floor while I waited and all were very up beat!

Highly recommend this dealership!

It's the top of the line place Kona very knowledgeable and friendly I dealt with Nick who is very astute at his job they answered all my questions no matter how redundant. Anarchy keeping me in the loop while they get a written estimate in order I dropped my bosses boat off there. And they were quick to help me unhook it unload it and park it I give these guys five stars

Nick was very helpful and walked me through their inventory, and options. Only complaint would be regarding the advertised 2.99% interest financing. You only qualify for that if you have an over 800 credit score! High 700’s doesn’t qualify and bumps you up to 3.99%.

PSA! Please, no one use California Custom Trailers & Power Sports, Inc. !! Beware!! They are Scam artists!!!

For over 5 months they have had one of my bikes in the shop for a simple carburetor rebuild. The bowl had a slight droplet come out once in a great while and I'm narcissistic about my equipment. So I take it in for a rebuild.
Since then it has been back at least 6 times with new problems that never existed when it went in. I bought parts from them they never installed, then insisted I never bought from them. 4 months later they find them and reinstal. They had gone so far to even do compression test, smoke test and anything else they could think of to escape from the reality that they have just done everything horrible. They wanted to blame me and my 4 wheeler for all the problems. Take no responsibility for their action.
Well here we go then..
They left lines off a brand new air cleaner box that they installed. Which were left against the exhaust manifold. Which then melted and instead of putting new lines on, They just reconnected and sent the bike back to me. To which I then had to take right back. Again and again. Everytime pointing out to the service manager what they did and did not do. That still needed to be installed or fixed because they forgot.
After they did the carb rebuild. They pinched a line in-between the gas tank and frame so it got zero fuel, they left the over flow hose off, they then charged me for a new throttle cable because they said mine was bent and causing it to die out when you turned the handle bars. Which had never occurred before.
I had also taken in at the same time another bike for a 100 hr service, a warning light that came on sporadically, and new u joints. I tell them at that time that I am really nervous about them working on another bike and it too was going to have issues. They promised the moon with this next service and instead I get all of this..
We'll they informed me that my axles were bad, that my new cv boots, which i had installed about 100bhrs ago were going bad,. They had cracks and holes letting dirt and mud into. They then said my belt was cracked in three spots and some other things wrong as well.. I told them once again, I was nervous about them working on my bike and that I don't believe any of these problems existed and to keep all old parts.
We'll sure enough my drive belt had not one cracked or scuffing on it. Not one burn mark from clutch slipping. I know this because I had replaced it not even 100 hrs before taking it to them. I even told them that. But , they insisted and did all the work anyways.
Well, the short and skinny is that there was no problem with my belt, my axles and my boots. They where all just fine, no issues there either. Everything that they said was broken or junk on my bike was still 100 percent.
I had to take all the parts into the manager and show them. He tried his best to look for and find any problem he could. He found none. Then I got a partial refund but they still owe me more.
At this point 5 months later they still have my 4 wheeler and have no idea when it will be back to me or what's wrong with it. I cannot stress enough DO NOT use these guys.
I need new bikes and trailers. I told them this. We were looking to purchase form them, to support local.... but I will never give them another dime of my money and I hope neither will any of you... beware they are a scam artist at their finest...
