The truck worked well, but the employee did not give me the rate advertised or what we discussed. He said his computer wouldn’t pull up that rate. This is actually false advertising and is illegal according to the Better Business Bureau. He seemed very casual as if computers run the world and he has zero control , although he sai,”I live here”. So he he works there so much, he has no clue how to override or fix the computer to give the advertised rate sitting right next to me on the sign the wall?! Seriously ?!! So either you just don’t care at all because it is not your money being wasted. Or you just don’t feel like fixing it. I am reporting it as false advertising.

Trucker with 53ft you need to back in from B st to blind spot dock be patience when backing into the dock it’s very tight space all the cars,U-haul trucks are around and dumpster.Very hard to maneuver but you will get it done without any damages if you keep enough patience just remember the G.O.A.L always do 10-20times if you have to because it took me 45minutes to back in I almost got out my truck 15 times to go look out around and was able to do it. Nothing is impossible.

We had a great experience. I call for a reservation and the woman on the phone clearly explained all my doubts. Then, at the location our pick up was quick and smooth. The vehicle was clean and new. We rented a van for 24 hrs and our final amount after mileage was $53. My husband forgot his wallet in the van and the called us back right when they found it. Totally recommend

Staff was helpful, friendly, and allowed me to take a day off of my reservation when it snowed and I didn't feel safe picking up my rental that day. Van was clean and well cared for. Prices were fair.

New professional and friendly staff member. Arnell made me feel like I was a value customer. I was driving from Colorado to return my uhaul. I was in and out in less than ten minutes.

Truck broke down half way to our destination. Then they sent a mechanic after 2 hours of waiting. Now we are waiting for a tow truck. Worst moving experience ever. We are the small people so they don’t care. It’s been 4 hours and still no tow truck.

Jason did reach out a few days later to make things right. Got a refund and some dinner out of it.

In the past two years, from helping friends or getting propane, I have had NOTHING but GREAT experiences with this particular store. They are respectful and considerate.

I recentlyade a big mistake with my husband's hitch for his truck. When I went to fix the problem the gen manager was understanding and quick to help.
After I solved the hitch issue I had another issue of returning a part that wasn't exactly correct. Again the GM was understanding and very helpful.
Customer service goes a long way when both parties are respectful with each other as well as kind.
I VERY much appreciate the service at the South Lake Tahoe Uhaul store. They are awesome!
