I recommend this rental company. Great contact and everything was sorted out as ordered. Reservation made by e-mail. There was a Fiat 500 convertible waiting on site, in perfect condition, fully fueled. The service was nice and competent. The car is picked up and dropped off quickly. Affordable prices, our convertible cost €75 for 1 day. The main advantage of the rental is 5 minutes from the ferry.

Great rental car service. Communication via email was prompt and efficient for questions, booking, and changes to the booking. They have a useful app where we were able to check in beforehand so that the collection of the car was quick, plus it has a lot of useful recommendations for the island. Location is perfect, right opposite the ferry terminal, and service is friendly and helpful.

Definitely the company to choose for your car hire in Elba. Their office is right by where the ferry arrives, so it's very convenient. The team was friendly and very helpful, giving us maps and taking their time to show us all the great places to visit.
The car was immaculate, low mileage and we had such a great time driving around the mountain roads with the roof down.

Recommend Chiappi. Easy to book online and email. Friendly, helpful, relaxed staff. Thanks especially David and Noemi! It was great to leave our luggage at the office for a few hours while we looked around the town. We always wanted to drive a Twingo?not new and absolutely perfect for the island roads. Seriously!

We rented a car on Elba at the end of April from Chiappi and I couldn't be more pleased. David, the manager, was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. He gave us suggestions on where to eat and what to see on Elba. David even came in early on the day we dropped off the car so we could catch the earlier ferry to the mainland. I would rent from Chiappi again, without hesitation.

If you are planning to visit Elba and want to rent a car, I recommend this place with all my heart! The prices are cheaper compared to the other companies in the area, the staff are very helpful and the location is great (right next to the ferry). Excellent customer service!

By far the best rental experience I ever had! We had a minor incident with another car (they bumped into our car), ppl from Rent Chiappi came to help within 15 minutes!
The car was spotless and very new. It was a hybrid even if it wasn't advertised.
