Beautiful place. Lots are privately owned and only for rent by the owners. It is a gated community, so you're not getting in without a owner buzzing you through the gate. Strictly governed by the home owener's Covenant!

Very nice closed gate RV resort. Most lots are rented by individuals who privately own them. There is a club house with wifi, pool table and small library, laundry building, nice pool area, nice large showers at both the club house and club house with large covered BBQ area, boat ramp, large deck, nature trail and a small gazebo on Mifflin Creek, horse shoe pit. The owners who live here are very welcoming.
