Had a great time here with an extended stay. The park is friendly to custom RV’s like skoolies, and the rural setting is great. We had no issues with Karen while here, as long as you’re a good neighbor and pay your bill on time you’ll love it here!

We’ve found this on AIRBNB and stayed as a seasonal resident. This place is perfectly located 13 miles from Pensacola, 13 miles from gulf island state park beaches, 10 miles from Foley, (close to so much more) …nice clean lots. Great value. Amazing staff! The owner is super helpful and very professional.

Karen charged me 890 for 2 weeks, I left early, and have done that before and they just charged me a weekly rate, but she didn't care. We love to call big corp greedy, but it's gotta start with us in a small business. If we are just as greddy as they are then we are PART OF THE PROBLEM.

Location was perfect for our needs. We spent most of our time with friends, so just needed a place to park and sleep for a couple weeks. Camp Host was very sweet and attentive to any thing we needed. It is a no frills place, but they have a little gathering area with swings and firepit area that is nice. Dog friendly too! We will stay here again.

Well, I have read a lot of the reviews. I wish I could write one, but I never got to stay there. We put a deposit down on the site along with the electric deposit (that we didn't use) and paid for a storage area (that we didn't use). Because we had a change on our closing date for the house we sold and couldn't check in. Karen said she would work with us and possibly come up with a site in January. Well things changed again. I called to explain and ask for a refund. NOPE no refund. Because it sat there empty for a week and she couldn't give it to anyone else. So she kept the $300 we paid. I understand they are in business to make money but this just seems too unfair. 1 week $300 lost. When did people become less important than money? Yes I'm upset....I needed to vent...just hope no one else has the same experience...and I really don't need any negative feed back. Thank you

We were able to reserve last minute here and got a spot. We always drove by this place but wasn't sure. It is by far the best place we ever stayed. The owner is extremely nice and was very helpful. The sites are big and it isn't noisey at all. The highway is near by but you can't really hear it. I wish more people knew about this place but it's perfect for being a hidden gem. It's close too both Pensacola , Foley and Gulf Shores. I highly recommend to anyone who is either camping or full time RV living like us.

The park was nice and clean with probably the best gravel spots of rv parks we've stayed at. The RV park was very clean as whole and well kept. My problem was that there are really not amenities to go with the price tag. For a week stay we paid about $250 (with a 5% military discount) but there us no bathhouse, pool, fire rings, pavilions, dog park, wifi nothing. There is 2 washers and dryers with carder readers on them but not hooked up for use, that was the only amenity. Out of curiosity I called around and other RV parks and with many amenities our cost would have stayed the same or increased upto $50 for the week. For the cost of our stay it was not worth it, even though it was clean.
