Great customer service! Travis and his guys jumped on my boat, quickly diagnosed the problem and worked diligently to get me back on the water same day. I cannot express my appreciation and recommendation enough. My issue was gremlin related and not easy to diagnose. Tremendous effort and favorable outcome at a fair price. Thanks Paradise team! We purchased our Seapro 262 from Greg. He was awesome from first meeting him until purchase. No pressure which is always a wonderful attribute in a sales person. He has continued to be of service anytime we needed to ask questions about who to be referred to . We brought it in for service at a little over 20 hours and everybody in the service department was amazing. We had a few issues we wanted to address, Utah, Travis, and Aaliyah were all wonderful about answering questions, and getting all the work we wanted done in a timely manner. All very professional and went above and beyond to help us. They even called us back when they said they would, which almost never happens in Customer Service these days! Travis took us on a little boat ride to go over some of the details that we were having problems with, and gave us some lessons in this type boat ! Amazing experience! I would highly recommend this dealership. Customer service is above and beyond.

I was getting ready to purchase a boat and had a question about checking the hours on the Suzuki gage. I was transferred to service and spoke with Utah. From the time we started dealing with the people at Paradise Marine in March 2024 until now the experience has been second to none. Greg in sales and Utah, Travis, and Aaliyah in service are among the best people I’ve ever dealt with!!!
One time I was about fifteen miles offshore and had an issue with our new Sea Pro 262, called Paradise Marine and they talked me through correcting the problem. It doesn’t get much better than that!!!
I will be a customer with Paradise Marine for life. Thank you guys for everything!!!

My husband sent me to get parts for our Yamaha. I called around everywhere and no one has what we were needing. Paradise marine did. They have every part you would need. If they don’t they will get it no problem. Casey was the sweetest most helpful person I have had the pleasure of meeting. She went over and beyond to help me with what I needed. I didn’t have much information other than what I was given. She was very nice and sincere and didn’t make me feel like I was just another customer. Highly recommended. These guys are awesome and very competent. Was coming in on one engine after breaking down in Mobile Bay (twin Yamaha 225s). Called Paradise Marine and they dropped what they were doing to come get me on a Friday afternoon of Father's Day weekend. Dylan (marine tech) and Travis (service manager) met me at the ICW launch with a trailer and brought me and the boat back to the shop to figure out what was wrong. They both quickly found what was wrong and it was something they had only seen a couple of times. They ordered the parts ASAP and will have me out in just 2 weeks in the middle of busy season. I cannot say enough good things about Travis and Dylan. This is the definition of a great company and extremely well ran service department. You don't come across many people like this anymore and I am very blessed that they came to bail me out in a dire time of need. This is why you rely on locally owned and ran businesses. If you need service work on your boat or engines, I 110% recommend Paradise Marine.

Travis & Wayne in service and Nick & Mike in parts are top notch! They always have what I need in stock. And the service team helped me get back on the water quickly without charging me for things I did not need. I highly recommend Paradise for Service/Parts/Sales. Great People and Facility!
