They charged me for 4 days on a car even when they are not open on sat so I turned the car in within 30 hours of the rental I had to drive to the closest office. Yet, they still have charged me a full price with NO options for a refund or away to resolve the issue other than giving me the run around. Even the corp office stated it was out of their hands not sure who to turn to now. Every time you think you have a direct line to someone it is the same ole number choice with no options for a person to speak with.

I've rented from the Oxford location a few times. I've only had an issue this one time. Not gonna go into details but the issue was resolved by a work Keturai who was very nice and professional and also the branch manager Tykeysa. I appreciate you ladies for handling my situation when I booked and also returned the vehicle. Very professional and understanding of my situation. I will be renting from yal all again despite the issue that wasn't your fault. But it was handled in a very timely and professional way. Thank you ladies.

My family will never rent from Hertz again. To keep it short and sweet, we made our reservations online more than a week in advance with our debit card. The day of our pickup, we received a call saying we must use a credit card. It would have been nice to know that while we were making our reservations and before our pickup. Not to mention the car we were assigned to rent was there but when we went in to get it, the representative said it was off being cleaned. So we waited about 20-30mins before going back in just to be told "oh it's right there". Then, Hertz doesn't allow you to add a driver when making the reservation so that person can pick the car up. I can understand the reasoning in why BUT some cases should be considered especially if the location closes before one of the parties gets off work and with proper documentation for verification. Secondly, before leaving the Hertz parking lot we discovered a huge dent in the bumper as it looked like someone ran into something. We went right back inside and told them of this and the representative stated "I know, it's documented". How dare Hertz rent out wrecked cars to people who are paying over $1200, yet alone any amount! In about 1 day the car alarms us it needs an oil change, are you kidding me! Making a long story short, we return the car a little ahead of time (like a couple of hours) because we were over it. When returning the car, the representative who was checking the car was trying to make my husband sign a paper for damages to the car even when it was documented BY HERTZ that it was not us who did it! My husband and I were FURIOUS and refused to sign. The representative said "everyone who rents the car had to sign it" which was a LIE! We showed the rep our proof in the email/communication sent to us from the previous rep and left. Not to mention they charged us an extra $20 saying it was for gas when we RETURNED IT ON FULL! WE WILL NEVER RENT FROM HERTZ EVER AGAIN!

Horrible and I mean horrible workers there. They overcharge me twice when they wasn't suppose to. Getting my money back for that was very difficult. The cars do not be clean. I can't get picked up or dropped off home because no one is ever there to be able to do that so it's a hassle getting to my car. On my last rental, the worker took forever to give me the car which had caused me to be late for what I had to do. When I got there she was busy eating while renting out the car to me. It's just horrible over there. The list of issues can go on and on. I would not recommend anyone getting a car from them. I would give them a negative 100 star if I could.

My husband and i booked a car to rent here 10 days in advance. We went to pick our car up and were told “sorry we don’t have your car but we can call you by 5 to let you know if we get one”… how on earth this is at all acceptable is beyond me. They couldn’t even bother to call us to let us know our car we reserved did not get returned on time. I’ve never left a bad review in my life but this was extremely disappointing.
