I had a great experience with Keith, my salesman and Phyllis, the owner. Keith helped me get into my vehicle at a good price and, even took my calls off the clock! And Phyllis!!! Well, this lady was amazing! I ran into some crazy issues with them buying out my trade(issues on the old vehicle side) and Phyllis made sure she was present to help every step of the way! Thank you and I'm enjoying my Lexus!

14 years ago I purchased my first car from world class motors. I was in a tough spot and Roland and Jarid went above and beyond. They had several different cars to test drive. I was able to drive away that day in a 2004 Toyota Highlander.
To this day I still drive it. 14 solid years with a used hand pick vehicle from them.

I had hoped to buy a Lexus RX 350 while I was in B’ham babysitting 3 grandchildren. Andrew was so helpful & sent pictures of their inventory. World Class had incredible prices but time never allowed me to actually purchase. Andrew reached out several times but in a caring (not pushy way) ! I will definitely recommend Andrew & World Class to my large family & friends in Birmingham! I told Andrew I had purchased a car in SC & he remained kind & understanding ! *UPDATE: I called, asked for owner. Said she would not be in that day and asked for my info. Never received a call back. Figures.

Bought a 2021 Cadillac XT6 from them, it’s at the GMC delearship for the next 6-8 weeks getting a transmission. It skipped once coming home but didn’t do it again for a week. Went out of town for work and used my 3,000 mile warranty by 200 miles when I got back. It skipped so bad while I was gone. Made one payment and now I’m without a vehicle. Do not recommend.

The people here went above and beyond not only to close the sale, but service after the sale. There was an issue with my vehicle that no one could have known about unless they drove it several hundred miles. Luckily my sales team Brandon and Phyllis stepped up and said not to worry they would take care of it and they did! Every situation is different, but in this situation they could have easily said “hey you bought a used vehicle.” They didn’t have that attitude at all. They took action to make sure I got what I paid for, a nice problem free vehicle. I will definitely be going back when I’m ready to upgrade.
