Nice place with a good selection of bikes, could use some more off-road riding gear but otherwise friendly staff and no BS from the sales guy, very friendly and attentive. Made me a good deal on a 2024 Kawasaki KLX300R, thanks to everyone for the easy experience.

Mr. J.A. Clausey was very patient and professional with me, and by me being a first-time rider, he also helped me to properly load my first bike. The financial staff (apologies for forgetting his name) was helpful with me with my decision on which way to go with financing. When i decide to upgrade my bike, I'll definitely go back to Dothan Powersports.

Several bad interactions here and now I will not be back and all my references will be anywhere but here. I brought in my 2025 Ranger for an issue I was having and turned out to be fuel related. No I didn’t buy my buggy here but I was still trying to bring my business with services to a local company. The service manager Terry told me it would be around $600 that I would have to pay to get it fixed. This is a BRAND NEW buggy so I didn’t want to pay anything especially not $600. The service manager also gives mis-information, I guess assuming some people don’t know anything. If you don’t buy from them they don’t give a crap about you and from this experience I’d assume they don’t want a chance to earn my business either. I tell everyone now it’s worth driving out of Dothan for WAY better prices and WAY better customer service. All in all just very disappointed in how everything is handled.

Paid for diagnostic testing. Since we are not doing the service there, initially they would not provide the written list of needed parts (even though they have created it). I can understand why they do this, but I got nothing for my money. Upon appeal, they have provided the list to us.

J.A. Clausey was very professional while I was looking for a ATV. He didn't crowd me or stand around watching me like a vulture. He let me look at my own pace, take pictures and find what I was looking for. We then settled on a price! When I was ready to buy, Mr Daniel Axtell was very professional and polite while we were doing the paperwork. He explained the warranty to me and other helpful bits of information. Mr Clausey explained everything about my four wheeler to me and even helped me load it on my trailer. The whole experience was wonderful and I'm very please with my ATV purchase from Dothan Powersports.
