Bought a used 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck 5 months ago. Put $500 in it for tires. $800 in it for tune up and inspection. Put $300 because one headlight kept coming on and off. Was fixed for a week and started doing it again. Was told would need a new one. Can’t get the backup camera to work. Radio shuts off sometimes for no reason. When the doors automatically lock it sounds like a gun went off. With down payment of $2500 and what I put in it out $4100. Last Friday it started to make a horrible noise. Took to a reputable mechanic in Enterprise, Phillip Morris, and after inspection said I needed the motor replaced that would cost $10,060.00. Only owe around $12,000.00 to the dealer. Called to let them know and see if they would just trade it for another vehicle on their lot and continue with my payments. Answer was no and that I still would be responsible for the balance regardless. Explained this was a work truck and needed a way to get back and forth and that was no concern to them. They Stated it was sold as is with no warranty so pretty much deal with it. Don’t buy a vehicle from these people. They do not care about their customers. They say they try to treat their customers as they would want to be treated but I doubt if the shoe was on the other foot they would want to be stuck in my situation. Warranty or not……it should be made right. Three months ago you made a comment on a customers review saying you were striving to be better…..please strive harder. Overall I am a business owner myself and would never tell a customer in so many words with a issue that it’s your problem not mine. Will never do business again with these people.

The owner was so rude to my mother she has made her payments on time everytime and didn't even have her car a month before it tore up, they supposedly took it to a shade tree mechanic, which rigged it got it back to go right back the next day, so now my mother is supposed to be responsible to pay what our honest mechanic said was the transmission, I think NOT MY BROTHER AND I WILL.BE REACHING OUT TO OUR ATTORNEYS AND FILING A REPORT WITH THE BBB..SOMETHING NEEDS TO HAPPEN, ITS SAD WHEN HONEST PEOPLE GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY SOME CREEP!!

There was a certain item for sale there which I wanted, however, I got side tracked and wasn't able to make it by to pick it up. Although someone else ended up with the item, the communication from the store was very good. She was apologetic for something that was actually on me. I appreciated her concern and initiative to reach out to me about the matter. Even though I didn't buy anything, my interaction with this business was a positive one.

We visited this car lot looking for a used car. I have to say it was a very nice surprise to see how they were not pushing, very friendly very up front about every detail on every vehicle! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a buy here pay here car lot!
