I am very happy with my swing arm Quality and fit. But I won’t lie, The communication is very bad. The product is superior as well as the price. Your order will take at least the full advertised leadtime best case scenario. I hate to lecture someone that is talented but as a fellow business owner, I always try to lower expectations with customers and then over deliver. This place does the opposite. But it was worth the wait and frustration. I hope the owner can try to focus a bit more on Communication and be successful with happy customers

I choose this company because I found slammers 2inch lowering cartridges on another website , so straight to the source! I reached out to Dave and two days later he took the time to hear all my concerns and assured me they will set up the Slammers for my application and that he could have them custom built in about 3weeks ! Awesome so I made the purchase 😎 after a couple weeks I reached out to hear the progress and Dave told me he's just about done . Week later and I got confirmation they've been shipped! 2 days later and they arrived . Great customer service, great product , great craftsmanship, and Dave really cares unlike some companies that are to busy to send an email . Thanks to Dave my bike is lowered and looks great 👍

Should have listened to other reviews before purchasing. Ordered a swingarm, they said 8-12 weeks. I emailed asking when it’ll be done. Was told 1 week out, then two weeks go by… I ask again. They said 2 more weeks…. A month after that they stop answering. I message on instagram. Same thing. Just made up dates to make you feel better while getting scammed. No one answers phones, etc. Luckily I used credit card so could dispute…. So be careful of sending Venmo.. not worth that “discount”… you’ll just be scammed for a little less money with no chance to get it back. Absolute crooks, Dave earll is a scam artist. Don’t know how they can still be in business with these horrible practices

I would not recommend anyone do business with this company. I ordered from them on Oct 6 2024. About 3 weeks later i called and emailed for an update on the order. Got no response. About a week later called and emailed again got no response. About 6 weeks after placing the order I filed a credit card dispute. Their phone always goes directly to VM. If you order from them what would you do if you had a question or needed tech support?

order # 3976 I can't get Dave to respond...purchased new m8 softail swing arm in April, delivered in. may, July reached out with pivot mounting issues, after several attempts of no contact finally started using other phone numbers more local to California and got response. so upon returning the swing arm for the revised new fix it was immediately returned back to us with a all new design attached. since receiving back a month ago pics, emails as requested have been sent of right side "view". web its almost oct 1 and this bike is still on bench and "fix' IS CAUSING more issues, id love to say all is perfect, but major problem is "fIX" also caused belt misalignment as just sitting on bench belt is hitting frame, let alone the swing arm also is hitting frame!

Do not I repeat do not purchase anything from this company! I tried purchasing suspension for my dyna back in August I called him in November 9 weeks later and it has been built so I decided to cancel my order and go with a different company. Dave said my refund of $1217.40 would be processed 3-4 business days we are going on 14 days now won’t respond to my emails won’t answer my calls or dms. But when they wanted there money he they where good on getting a hold of me for payment no issues. Please people do not go to this company. Racetech suspension says they have nothing to do with him.

If I could give 0 stars I would, placed an order a year ago. Was told it was shipping for months and now I cannot get a call back or reply to emails. A company that thinks it’s ok to steal thousands of dollars from hard working Americans needs to be shut down. I’ve never dealt with such greed in my life and it’s sad that this is happening to honest people just trying to support what we thought was a quality bike shop.

It is unfortunate that we can't post negative star rating, it would be a -10 out of -10. I can't emphasize this enough...DO NOT deal with this place, look anywhere else. For a company that boosts they've been in business as long as they have, it is shocking how unprofessional, unethical, and how little integrity that exists. Company is happy to take your money, that's never an issue...from there it's just a game by a conman to defraud you. While you have the chance...RUN...GO ELSEWHERE...DO NOT USE... YOU'LL BE RIPPED OFF. You don't have to just take my word for it, read the litany of reviews with the same common theme, will just steal your money and offer endless excuses or ignore you. Also, check Better Business Bureau, countless complaints filed of how this company DEFRAUDS customers.
