So I bought brand new rims and tires here .....
To replace my 27s....

I see them installed and they forgot the spacers all together , I laughed trying to put my pinky finger between the two rear dually tires ,
I said where's the spacers ?
They realized both tires were touching with zero gap, preceded to put my old spacers on.....
The new tires and rims then stuck out one whole tire width beyond the wheel well ..
At this width it was illegal.....
I go back after getting pulled over for them being too wide .....
They put skinny half inch spacers between the tires .....
Now whenever the air gets even a tiny bit low my rear tires run, whenever I pull a horse trailer my tires touch.....Rub and smoke !!
Subsequently,I learned dispite spending almost $6000 in NEW Recommended rims and tires here , the OFFSET is wrong !!!!!
Guy told me to order some spacers online (rough country) which are expensive !
Having the customer in harms way, having the customer to pay extra money for a mistake they made is such bullshit,
Guy does not give any warranties for his tires not for nails, or anything!!
I've spent over 20k here over the years ,
Very disappointed with the high prices , poor quality technicians , and ultimately guy not taking responsibility for company mistakes.
If you have a lifted vehicle , go somewhere else, order your parts direct , save yourself head and money .

Happy with my 6" truck lift Guy knows his stuff shopped around and AV Sport Truck is the spot everything you need definitely recommend this place and coming back for more things for my truck.

The owner treats you like a child and is famous for giving you parts that are "equivalent to" the parts you actually want or ordered, instead he orders what he wants you to have and NOT what you ordered at all and doesn't bother telling you that he's ordering different parts than originally agreed on. Numerous times over the years they've lost parts and even broken equipment on my vehicles with no compensation whatsoever. There's many other places to go to that actually know what they're doing and that save $$$ time and severe heartache. Ridiculous prices! These guys wanted $6k for a 7" lift and when you ask for a detailed description of parts and labor all you get is a yellow piece of paper with the total and no breakdown of anything. The problem is this owner he's too tired to go out of his way for the customer anymore which is sad because I was a customer for almost 30 years and they used to be great years ago but hence no longer, nows he's nothing but angry and arrogant. The shop is extremely small and ill equipped ,behind the times and extremely outdated. I highly recommend finding another off road shop... you'll be happy that you did 👍 Save money time and a lot of misery. Try "Off road Bully" this shop reflects success unlike the small and outdated av sport truck.

Very disappointed. Had automatic step sides put in. They worked until a new battery put in truck. Stopped working. Never could get them back to work again. For being experts in the field. Blamed me for putting a new battery in too. Taking business elsewhere what a waste of time and money. Taking advantage of a disabled Combat Veteran.
