I had an outstanding experience at this body shop and just had to leave a review! From the moment I walked in, the owner,Jerry, made me feel like family. He was so kind and even offered to drive me home while my car was getting worked on. It’s rare to find that kind of personal touch these days.

Jerry is also clearly passionate about cars, and his love for them really shows in his work. He took the time to explain what my car needed and gave me tips on how to keep it looking great for years to come. It’s evident that he takes pride in what he does, and his attention to detail is second to none. The paint job he did on my car was flawless—he matched it perfectly, and you’d never know it was ever in an accident.

This review is long overdue. The owner, Jerry, provided me with a reasonable quote for services. Unfortunately, it required multiple attempts on his part to paint the right side view mirror.
He also removed the scratches from the left rear side door and repainted it. What is truly disappointing is that the paint color does not match the rest of the car, and the right side view mirror paint bubbled within a few weeks. I didn't take the vehicle back because I was just tired of being inconvenienced (3- 4 times and Uber back and forth). What may appear to be a good deal is not such a good deal in the long run when you have to bring your car back multiple times, and he still can't get it right. Perhaps he didn't think I would notice since I am female, but I notice the imperfections and unmatched paint every day. He also prefers payment in cash. Pay a little more and get the work done right the first time.

Why did it take years for this business to respond?
I am a registered nurse. Be clear. This business held my passenger side mirror 'hostage' because he did not trust that I would be back for the repairs.
This individual never suggested that he blend the driver side door to match the the passenger side door. He Never mentioned that the paint would Not match. He did, in fact, charge me to paint the mirror. He also attempted to give the car to me without a clear top coat of paint . After repeated attempts to fix the paint, I gave up. Too much time and effort on my part.He was sketchy from the beginning. Asking a customer to pay $900+ cash only> I guess this is to avoid paying taxes on his business. Paying cash also makes it difficult to hold a business accountable if there are issues with the services received. I regret giving him my business. You decide who to trust.There is a surplus of auto body shops on Middlefield Rd one should patron. I will also go to BBB to include my experience.

Got a few estimates from a few local auto body shops. The cost was too high for me to even think about it i end up finding Ace auto body not only was the work top notch ,my car looks like new again the price was almost half the cost of the other shops so glad I found Ace auto body. I highly recommend.

I scheduled an appointment with Jerry to have my car door repaired. He was able to fit me in on a weekend and was able to fix the issue quickly.

Got rear ended & paid over 8.5k , Jerry who took my vehicle to fix it did Poor quality. Tail light falling off and they used double sided tape to put the spoiler. Cabin doesn’t even match the rest of the vehicle, they left the vehicle dirty inside too. Don’t recommend
