After an exceptionally bad weekend scalloping, we were lucky enough to have a bearing go out on our boat trailer just 8 miles from Action Marine! I say lucky because instead of having to fix this on the side of the road or a parts house parking lot, Wayne, Bud & Matt at Action Marine welcomed us in. They opened a bay for us to back under the shade, put a fan on us, sold us all the parts we needed and loaned us tools. We couldn't have been more satisfied with them or this place! They were a real bright spot in an otherwise trying weekend.

Action Marine, on the Southside, is such a pleasure to work with! Joseph and the crew are professional, quick, and work really hard to get you what you want. The folks in the parts department are great too...funny and efficient! If you need a boat, or service, you couldn't choose a better place!

I Have purchased two new boats here. I called for a part to my boat trailer, they weren't interested in getting the part for me. Taking my boat in for maintenance, they miss diagnosed the problem twice.

I attempted to buy a brand new boat... The dealership never sent my paperwork to the bank,. I had the boat for two months. I called multiple times try to get the situation rectified to no avail. They finally came and picked up the boat. I won't ever cross the threshold of that place again,. I'll drive over an hour to go somewhere else.
