My vehicle had several issues and required much coordination with an extended warranty company. I dealt mainly with Becky at Adam's Autoworx, who took care of everything. This was my first visit to Adam's and with a new vehicle that had unexpected issues. I honestly could not have gotten thru the experience without Becky's help. Adam's was thorough, responsive and clearly took pride in the work they delivered. I was without a vehicle after the car rental insurance allotment was up. I was provided a loaner car from Adam's for the last few days that my car was in the shop. My car now runs great! Adam's Autoworx has my business for life. As a woman, finding a mechanic I feel I can trust is important. I highly recommend this business. I was in good hands from the moment I dropped the keys to when I picked up the car. After seeing a ton of positive reviews of this shop I decided to take in my beloved RS5 since they “Pride” themselves as being “professionals” and give the best quality work. It’s very hard to find trusted shops these days and let me tell you this shop was a big disappointment, I took my car here since all the work was uploaded to carfax, but after my first service here which was an oil change the car was leaking oil all over my driveway the next day. Honestly that’s something that wouldn’t happen at a true “professional” shop. I don’t complain about the prices because I have a high performance vehicle but after paying 250 and having to go back again was a big pain in the ass, not only that I had screws from the bottom of my bumper missing, they later claimed they didn’t touch them but I know my car and I take pictures of it daily since it’s a nice car but they ended up fixing the issues and gave me a 50$ discount on my next visit. The time came when I needed to change my battery and I decided to give this shop another go… not only do they not know the cars, they had me bring it in because they didn’t know what kind of battery was in my car, it was almost like they wanted me to bring it in to look at it and if you didn’t want to do the repair they would charge you anyways for the diagnostics… like I said prices aren’t a big deal but after paying 650 after the discount to get the battery replaced and for the information never to be reported to carfax was a big let down for me. I asked and asked again when the information would be uploaded to carfax but it felt like I was bothering the shop over and over again which lead to them not replying back to me. I would suggest finding a better professional shop because although they offer free Uber services, the charges get passed down to the customers. I tried to believe in this shop but 2 let downs is enough for me. I hate leaving bad reviews but this shop definitely deserved it.

Adams Autoworx has been a blessing for me. For years at least 10 years, I have been bringing my cars here without worry. Becky is professional, very sweet, and helpful with relaying information about what's going on with my car and the steps to get it running right. I have always been treated with professionalism here by the whole team, and they have always been great getting my car back to me on time and running right. I am so glad to have found this car garage.

The mechanics on duty found the problem. Unfortunately the electrical specialist wasn’t in that day. So the car couldn’t be be for another week. When I have more time I’ll bring it back to be fixed.
All personnel were very knowledgeable and friendly. I like that in a business.
Will definitely refer your company to my friends and neighbors.

I appreciate your personal service for my Tesla. You listened patiently about what I thought the mechanical problem was and offered a sensible diagnosis. I am disabled which increases my thanks that you did not ignore my halted speech. I highly recommend all potential customers to come to your business to be treated with respect and dignity as well as a highly knowledgeable patient staff who greets you the moment they walk in the door. 5+.

We were not satisfied with the service. One guy hung up in my face. I had to wait on Becky for everything. She would complain that she was the only person handling everything. It would take all day to get a callback on status. Our warranty rep would say they haven't heard from her yet on certain days. I was charged for two diagnostics.
I didn't understand why they performed two. Our car sat for a week and a half with no claim which meant we had to pay for a rental out of pocket. The labor was $260 per hour which our warranty would cover $175 but our warranty rep recommended us to move to a different place which the labor was $155. I know Becky was very upset at us. She showed it when we left. It's difficult to trust Adams Autoworx. They were highly recommended by family so I believe the end result would have been great. It was the lack of communication that discouraged me. Therefore we moved our car to a different business.

We took our car to Adam’s auto repair for AC repair. Amazing service. No pressure in sales of services. Every checked component was clearly identified whether we should do it now or later in itemized pricing. We did have our AC repaired. It was done promptly and effectively and at a reasonable price. We will come back for sure.
