Easy in easy out usaully but always a bunch of trucks parked in the yard for weeks at a time that people just leave here woke me up early in the morning people coming to work on their trucks they are not even supposed to be parked here if they are not conducting business here it's hard to find truck parking because of them and a bunch of abandoned car trailers here as well

Great Auction I have been coming here since 1993 when Kenny Osborn was the GSM when They were at current location of IAA Auction at Stevenson Fremont CA.
my take is I wish then never moved
I used run cars on Thursday at Golden Gate 80% Was selling, the other 20% was going to Mannheim

Kenny Osborn was the GSM then became Regional manager he is currently GSM at Adesa Dallas.

Poor customer service thy care just about money unprofessional educated staff if could give them 0 they deserve even worst grade, I bought car that listed for sale and in the pictures you can see that car has key but when I went there for pick up the car no key and key is cost 2000$ at the dealership and GM Jeff promised me that he will call me back tomorrow for solving the problem but never called and I left 3 messages voicemail and email no answer

Poor customer service rude security staff and they just care about their fees not about customers or dealers they should understand that we are paying those fees that they can receive their paychecks sucks GM Jeff who is not professional

People who work in Adesa Golden Gate behave to dealers like they are crooks or suspects even though they make tons of money through the dealers!!!! Respect your dealer partners!

They seem reputable but adesa gave me a next day appt. For property retrieval and when I got there they didn't have an appt for me they said. So I couldn't get my personal belongings. It was a Friday and wasn't able to book an appt. Until Monday due to online booking. So when I call there on Saturday my car isn't in their system anymore. Funny it wasn't supposed to go up for auction till Monday. So they threw away a lot of $ in stereo equipment that was in my trunk not hooked up but in a storage bin. And a speaker in a box. There was also amps etc. Be aware not to let this happen to you!
