I was so glad I purchased the Aegis extended warranty. Once I realized I needed it, the Aegis service kicked in and repaired my front differential on my RZR. I was worried when I saw other reviewers mentioning the lack of communication from Aegis, but when I called to cancel my extended warranty, they called me back the same day with great communication! It almost made me want to keep the warranty, but I can't justify an 1800$ price tag on a 6000$ bike. Cancellation was smooth.

The warranty/GAP this company sales you is useless. After speaking to adjuster they stated there was no dust or dirt or debree.. it was the pinston rings. And according to them those are ware and tear. HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE. ITS A WASTE OF MONEY FOR THEM TO HELP DO NOTHING

First off, deciding to buy an extended warranty is a big decision and quite a bit of money but I can tell you it is way worth it especially with this company. I have a 2021 Turbo S RZR that had a complete detonation of the transmission from the inside out. My first thoughts is they were not going to cover it because my Razor was in an accident a year prior but there was no engine or mechanical damage so it did not void the warranty. I kept all my oil receipts and made sure transmission and engine oil was changed on time. Not only are they covering it they're actually came up with a better solution to prevent the transmission from doing that again, they are going to rebuild the whole transmission with Heavy Duty Parts and American-made bearings. That is some of the smartest and best decision a warranty company can make, no hassle whatsoever I am very impressed I highly recommend... I will definitely be using them for every one of my vehicles..

I would give zero stars if I had the option. I had a side by side that rod bearing went bad and punctured the side of case. All other bearings were just fine in engine. They denied claim due to insufficient oil. Dealer and a 3rd party engine builder I hired all said was not lack of oil or quality was a spun bearing or improper torqued bolt. Continued to deny stating I never serviced machine like required every time they came up with another reason for denial I proved them wrong the machine was serviced within the mileage or hours required since I purchased new through dealer. Then they said I over heated it which I proved when the vehicle was brand new it would shut down and go to limp mode in one of the first outings took to dealer and the alternator was over charging and some grounds were loose causing it to mess with computer so again nothing I did wrong. Worst people to deal with and the appraisers who they have hired don’t have any idea what they are talking about. They walked in to dealer and tech showed the engine and the appraiser said what am I looking at. Complete waste of money to buy this service contract. Do Not do business with this company you will regret it.

Purchased a slightly used Honda Talon side by side (114 hours) that is 1 year old from previous owner. It came with a transferable 5 year warranty through Aegis which is one of the reasons I chose this machine. I have sent them the transfer warranty paperwork and left them 2 voicemails over the past 3 weeks (no one answers the phone calls) and have zero response from them. Needless to say customer service seems nonexistent.

Update…. I appreciate the response and will be awaiting my paperwork for the warranty transfer. As with anyone that has an extended warranty, I hope it will not be needed and if it is then we will see how that process goes and will be updating as needed. Thank you.

Recently had to use my warranty through Aegis, Connie was very helpful and got my claim processed and paid for the same week.

Currently waiting on repairs to be completed at the local Harley dealership.
