Affinity Truck Center has the best staff anywhere. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and on time. The mechanics really go out of their way to diagnos any problem, and make sure it gets taken care of correctly. If they aren't able to figure out the few things that they can't, they'll get a specialist to come in and get it done. Their prices are relatively competitive. I personally wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Try them out. You won't regret it. 💪💯

Please don’t take your truck there they just take your money
I won’t recommend this dealership for anyone
my truck had engine issue they fixed in 6 month plus every month they sent me new estimates growing up
First estimate was around 13000 it went to 44000$
They took all the money from warranty and some from me and then they give me another estimate for 7000$ I said no way you guys just playing with me I told them stop work on my truck then I brought my truck Dallas I fixed by 650$
Very bad people no respect and they don’t know what to do
I will attached some pictures how they returned my truck to me everything was opened in cab in
Dashboard they didn’t put it back it was very bad experience very very disappointed.
The whole truck cost 40000$
They charged me 44000$ just to fix it but they didn’t completely fixed

The Service department is very heplful, they go out of their way to assist us even when we are having diffiuclt issues. The mechanics help us fix issues we are not able to take care of ourselves.

The drivers lounge is amazing, which is great because you're going to be here long enough to have your mail forwarded if you need service on your truck. People and facilities were all great, but if this place seriously has so much business coming in that their wait time is almost two weeks, they should be able to hire additional techs.

Worse experience with service department Specially Preston. They will diagnosis 1 tiny issue in 1 day and then 2nd tiny issues next day spends weeks only diagnosing step by step god know when they will repair it . Just try to pile up hours and extract as much money as possible .Do yourself favour and Stay away from this delesship .

Purchased truck here, so far 3 months into it I've spent over 10k on repairs. Their warranty basically is a scam. Covers Nothing. Read the fine print when signing anything. Had the truck serviced and looked over at two different certified mechanics. Both said that it looks like the miles have been rolled back on odometer. Aslo the work that has been done on engine is garbage. They basically painted over everything to make it look like a clean engine. I've already replaced the radiator had exhaust leaks, gasket leaks, APU still does not work, oil leaks. When I asked to take truck to a mechanic that I know for a once over I was told that I can't and that the mechanics at arrow are DOT certified and can only do inspections themselves, truck cannot leave lot to be looked at by anyone else. I regret paying 40k in Cash for nothing. I just had a baby daughter and all our saving went to this truck. Please don't make the same mistake I did. I trusted them and they screwed me. Also when you purchase truck here, they make you write a good review before you walk out the door, then people forget about it after the issues. So don't believe in these reviews.
