Great shop...I had my bike in here a year or so ago. They did an awesome job then. Just this morning I went to another shop that I've been using for about 4 tire mounts on the same bike over the last 8 years or so and this morning they told me if I didn't buy the tires there, they wouldn't mount them. These were brand new tires, I wasn't asking them to mount used. This shop gained a faithful customer this morning. Thx guyz!!!

Beware: Unethical Practices at ak Cycles

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at ak Cycles. I entrusted them with custom kawasaki parts for my 1975 motorcycle, only to have them mishandled and, ultimately, stolen. These parts were not just valuable but also irreplaceable due to their custom nature. Authentic 1970s parts ....

Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue with management, I’ve been met with dismissive attitudes and no accountability. This lack of professionalism and respect for customers is unacceptable.

I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with ak Cycles to think twice. Trust is a cornerstone of any transaction, and unfortunately, this company has shown they do not value it.

I am currently pursuing all available avenues to recover my property and hold them accountable. If anyone has had similar experiences, please feel free to reach out as we explore our options for justice. They sold the parts on Ebay and after the $4000 in repairs of my 1975 motorcycle it ran twice and never started again.

They are worthless repair man and not trustworthy

Came from out of state had appt scheduled a month prior to get oil changed.. confirmed appt... Showed up with a filter just in case and he said "he doesn't have enough oil to do it today"..

Went and got oil from Walmart and Denali power sports got me in as soon as I could get there.. and didn't overcharge

Great place. I got an appointment for my bike and it's pretty much what we both thought. Waiting for parts and t hen put it together and I'll be up and running again.
