BUYER BEWARE. The office ladies are amazing, that's the reason I gave two stars. I got a 2017 convertible mustang end of may and immediately moved to florida to be with family, I had to replace all brakes, calipers and rotors a 2400.00 total a month ago, now the convertible top and back windows are stuck and not working. When I called, and spoke to the owner, J.R. he said he personally inspected the car and it was in perfect condition with no mechanical issues before being put on the lot to sell, and i feel completely deceived with that obviously not being the case. There was no empathy or care from J.R. Haven't even had it for three months and no help offered to me except to come to J.R. and pay him to fix a car sold to me in bad shape just to get more money in his own pocket.

Do not rent any homes from them. Terrible business, just money hungry. Not willing to fix anything within the house. I was warned by others about their behavior, if only I would have listened. This is my bathroom floor with a hole in front of the toilet. We can see and smell outside. Been waiting over A WEEK just to hear back from someone, still nothing. Called months ago to warn them the floor was weak. Called back today to get an update, Sandy stated she would call me back. No call back. So now I am an angry tenant calling back, and she hangs up in my face. So when they call for rent, I’m hanging up ?

J.R. Reid is a fine and fair Gentleman. I purchased a Vehicle from him recently and an unforeseen engine problem came up . I took the vehicle back and he gladly swapped it out for another. I will go back for other purchases in the future!
