Wife and I were in the market for two family ATVs. Shopped other dealers and was brushed off, no calls no return emails. Contacted Big Lake Yamaha and was immediately told to come in try all the models. We came out the following morning and were treated extremely well and were able to try everything. Was fantastic and got us on the right machines for our needs. They were quick to answer any questions and were very helpful. Happy I made the purchase here can tell they pride themselves on taking care of customers! Strongly recommend this shop!

Excellent customer service. Their kindness with any questions that you have. Took my 2013 YFZ 450 down there because the cable snapped and the
clutch fork might need to be repaired maybe and they were able to explain everything to me and I was able to understand. I'm glad I took my four-wheeler there to get fixed because I can count on them to do a good job. And if the bill is too high for me to pay in full I asked if I can make payments as long as they hold on to the 4wheeler
and I make payments and get it paid off they'll work with me.

I've had to replace a lot of vehicles and toys recently since moving up here. I'm amazed at how many of the Anchorage/Eagle River dealers have no idea about their product's specs, or what they have in stock or when they can get it and frankly seem like they don't care. I've had to purchase in the lower 48 because many of these dealers are so uninterested in their own profession. This place has UNUSUALLY GREAT customer service even compared to the lower 48 and especially for Alaska. Worth the hour drive to get here to avoid the hours of headache with the other guys. Making great memories with the kids and our new snowmobile/machine.

Unlike other places, they took the time to go through the owner's manual with me when I bought my new ATV unlike the dealerships I've used in the past that never even took the time to go through things and I've bought three new ATVs in the past.

Amazing customer service! Originally shopped for a new 4 seat however deciding a Viking would be the best choice for our family but unfortunately they were out of stock. Ryan answered our substantial amount of questions. Got lucky and found a well maintained loaded out used Viking and contacted Ryan who set us up with a buyers inspection at their shop. They did a thorough and timely job checking it out in time to snatch it off the market. Ryan treated us as if we bought it directly from him and spent a great deal of time walking us (who are new to SXS) through the ins and outs of the machine including the specific mechanical recommendations and safety features.

We will be taking our machine back for all our maintenance needs and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.
