Very convenient. Excellent communication! We picked up our car at the Denali Depot and enjoyed exploring the Denali area. We appreciated the option to return the car in Anchorage. We were able to drive back, stopping to visit towns along the way and we thoroughly enjoyed our comfortable vehicle. Great customer service and flexibility. Highly recommend!

Getting the van at the end of the cruise could not have been easier! Our van was perfect for 4 adults and a toddler. The van allowed us to go to Exit Glacier and hike in the snow. The second day we went to Turning Heads Kennel, drove towards Anchorage, which was a beautiful drive. Turned the van in before boarding the train to Anchorage. Loved the flexibility the van provided!

We had an outstanding experience with Alaskan Car Rental! (Not to be confused with "Alaska" car rental!) We needed a car to tour around Denali and then one way to Seward for a cruise. We took a taxi to the office and our car was waiting for us. It had only 11,000 miles on it, and it was spotless outside and inside. The person who helped us, Onder was friendly, helpful, and patient with us, as he explained where to return the car in Seward, in the parking lot a few feet away from the cruise terminal. The price of the rental was by far the best anywhere. We couldn't even find one of the "big companies" that offered one-way rentals in Anchorage or Seward. Absolutely an "11" on a scale of 10!

If you are looking for a rental car for a cruise, we highly recommend them. The whole process was easy. We booked online. The check in at the port in Seward took less than 5 minutes, and we were on our way. We simply dropped the car at their Anchorage location and put the keys in the lockbox. Done. We will definitely be using them again for any future Alaska trips!!!

Renting a car with Alaskan Car Rental was an incredible experience. I arrived in Anchorage from a distant city at 2:30 am and, as you can imagine, there are no car rental agencies open at that time. However, ACR saved me. They were willing to help from the beginning. They arranged for me to pick up the car and sent me clear instructions on how to get to the car. A very smooth experience! The representative was extraordinarily friendly and supportive in resolving issues other than the car rental and I really appreciated the effort. I highly recommend Alaskan Car Rental to anyone coming to visit the Last Frontier. I will return to them in the future. Thank you!

Super nice company and smooth transactions. The vehicle was as described and clean when we got it. We kept it for 10 days and it helped us so much having a vehicle to drive to all the places we wanted to visit within a few hours of anchorage. They made getting back to the airport easy with the shuttle service after we returned the rental. This was my first car rental experience and they made it a good one!

We were visiting Anchorage and Seward for a week. I had booked online, the rates were much better than the corporate competition.
We arrived via Uber from our hotel (they do offer airport pickup/delivery).

Car was a late model KIA, it was clean, performed well.

Professional, efficient service - I would definitely use them again.
