The parts people were very helpful. Printed a drawing of a differential assembly to pinpoint the exact washers I needed. Things are pricy but that is not under their control

Not very helpful place. Parts department guys seems to be irritated when you ask question about what parts you need. I dont reccomend this place for someone doesnt know what exactly what you need. Other dealerships are much helpful than this terrible place i wish i can give 0 star.

Dropped my friend off with his car is supposed to be a 2-hour experience after waiting 4 hours and no phone call they said it'd be another 4 hours for a pickup so disappointed we decided to take the car to another the 15,000 mile check up on his new car that he had bought from them this is the second time this has happened to him cuz he had bought another car from them never going back this seems to be a habit with the service department there really a bummer!!

My 1st interaction with the all the Subaru people was very negative the man that we talked to at the parts desk was very rude He argued with me that I got a Box to an accessory piece that I did not receive and was adamant that I was wrong when he wasn't the one that sold it to me he was very aggressive and had a 0 star demeanor He was an older white slob That had no skills and customer service and should be fired immediately before he runs this business into the ground like a common mole And the Subaru dealership makes their employees Pay back mistakes made by the company From their personal pocket do not patronize this dealership at all

Great that they have a human answering the phone, but apparently they only serve customers looking to buy a new vehicle, and not customers looking for parts.
Maybe it's a Ford thing.
