I purchased a 2024 Honda 520 ATV in July 2024. Given my location in rural Alaska, it had to be done by phone. The process was painless, the service fantastic, and the shipping to receive it impeccable. I highly recommend them!

I purchased a new skidoo tundra from these guys and had a great experience, but when I had an issue they were not very helpful. Long story short I was left to order $900 in parts so I could fix the machine which left the factory without a drop of grease on the ski legs and steering arms. I was essentially filing down the groves in my ski legs every time I hit a bump because they had never been greased at all. The manager, Bret told me that greasing steering components isn’t on the dealership checklist so it should have been done at the factory, not by his employees. The problem is Ski-Doo has no point of contact for consumers and leaves all customers service and communication to their dealerships and with Bret unwilling to help me out at all I was left to eat the repair costs. As a customer, I felt totally taken advantage of and needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

As a woman reviewing, I have to rave about the wonderful customer service. Every time I have needed anything, they have been so patient and listened and communicated well (this is not the norm for Homer).

Jason in particular had the best customer service. He was extremely patient and educated me about my chainsaw and snowblower needs. I am not mechanically savvy and I appreciate the extra patience and kindness.

These guys are AMAZING! Great service and great deal on my 21 Honda BF250 outboard. They did a beautiful install job on all new Honda gauges. The engine looks and runs great! They spent time going over the operation of the new NMEA 2000 system and the basics of new the motor! ThanksGuys...

The Parts and Maintanence guys are a big score! Went way out of the way to help us out. We live in the bush and it’s always a hassle to get support, this team came through!
