The service at All-Star Hyundai is absolutely horrendous, and it’s clear they have no understanding of basic customer service or how to run a successful automotive business. We took our brand new 2024 Santa Fe in for service because the second-row passenger captain’s chairs weren’t dissipating heat. The vehicle sat there for three days, and during that entire time, we never received any updates or phone calls. When we reached out, all we were told was that the vehicle was ā€œbeing worked on.ā€ To our shock, when we visited unannounced, we discovered our car was simply parked in the lot, despite being told it was actively being serviced—pure dishonesty. To make matters worse, when we picked up the vehicle and drove it the very next day, the battery was completely dead. We had to call AAA to have it towed to a different Hyundai dealership. Vallejo Hyundai quickly identified the problem—All-Star Hyundai had failed to reconnect wiring for the second-row seats, and worse, they had left a dome light on, draining the battery. The lack of competence, honesty, and basic care at All-Star Hyundai is appalling, and we will never return. After the exceptional service at Vallejo Hyundai, it’s clear where the real professionals are, and it certainly isn’t at All-Star Hyundai.

I had an outstanding car-buying experience with Rodney Hebert at All Star Hyundai. Rodney is a true seasoned sales professional—easy to talk to, straightforward to negotiate with, and incredibly transparent throughout the entire process. I appreciate that he respected my time and preferences. I’m not one to spend hours choosing a vehicle, and Rodney made it effortless. Once I made my decision, he got the process moving without delay. In just two hours, I the car was mine. When I went to pick it up the next day, the tank was full and the car was washed inside/outside. I took my 2019 Sonata in to this shop because of oil consumption issues. They are not helpful. They pushed me to the Dublin location. While my vehicle was there, they scratched my new rims and denied any part of it even though my rims had yellow scratches and they had yellow curbs everywhere. Also, while my white car was there, paint chipping started falling off of my hood. They will not do one thing about my vehicle. Their customer service sucks and their management sucks. 😔 I used to love my car. This is my second sonata in 5 years.. no more!

We had a great experience with All Star Hyundai! Our salesperson, Dante, was super helpful, responsive to our questions, and came through on everything he told us he would. The financing person was also helpful and efficient. We got a good deal and great treatment at All Star. They made our purchase simple and painless and we love our new Santa Fe! Highly recommend.

Bought a brand new 2023 Kona EV from Dante. Huge fan of the experience. I was really concerned the person selling me my car would try to upsell like crazy or get me into something I didn’t want.

Dante didn’t do that. He was great on our test drive, he had good product knowledge, and he worked really hard to get the price to a number we were comfortable with. I’ll be seeing Dante next time we buy a car.

The service desk cost me an hour of my time and forced me to hire rides. Their simple oversight will also require me to make a separate trip back to the dealer.

I dropped my car off today for recall repairs. Since I could not get back from work before the service office closed at 5:45 PM, they said they would leave the keys with the sales office. The sales office is open until 8:00 PM and I arrived at 7:00 PM. The sales manager said nobody left my car keys with him even though the sales clerk said he would. This same sales manager said nobody notified him that I would arrive after hours to pick up my car.

Because the sales clerk did not walk my car keys over to the sales office and did not inform the sales manager I would pick up my car after hours, I had to hire Uber ride home. After I got my spare car key, I hired another ride back to get my car. That cost me an hour of my time and 2 rides.

Since my car key is still at the service desk, I have to return to the dealer when the service desk opens on Monday to get my key. That is another imposition on me.

All somebody had to do was walk my car key over to the sales desk and tell somebody I would pick up my car after 5:45 PM. Because of that simple oversight, they imposed on my time today and will again on Monday. They also imposed a financial cost on me because I had to hire Uber.

All Star Hyundai is only getting a 1-star rating from me.

Bought a car from Dante last month, great experience. He was calm, knowledgeable, easygoing and direct. I was car shopping for over 2 months so I feel like I’ve been through it all and this dealership made it easy to get to a number we can both agree to. 10/10 I’d recommend

I stop by the dealer to check their cars and prices, I had a pleasant experience checking all the vehicles without any distraction other than "if you would like to take a look at the inside of the car or test drive it, just let us know" which is an excellent approach.

So here's the facts, I had a 2017 Hyundai Veloster 106K miles, "SALVAGE", Yes, you are reading well, "SALVAGE" that I needed to trade, I had previously checked with multiple dealers, some of them won't even consider taking a "Salvage Title" as trade-in, All Start Hyundai was the one who offered me the most for my trade as well as the lowest Interest Rate for finance.

Nicole helped me out with the whole trade-in and purchase process, long story short, I arrived with my salvage Veloster and leave the dealer on a New Kona 2024.
