I just walked in for a look around and now I end up going once a week at least for new things. Weather it’s ropes or boards or boat parts these guys have it, their knowledge and selection is incredible for the area. I was looking to buy a new board and they let me take a few out to try and see which one I wanted. We now only go here for our watersport purchases and eventually we’ll end up buying a new boat from them!

We have had the worst service experience of our lives with these guys. We put our 4 year old MasterCraft up last fall and it was running perfectly. These guys were paid $796 to winterized it and then another $575 this spring to summarize it for us. Today is July 21st and they still cannot make it run. We have been lied to so many times. They say “we are on our way out” to fix it and they never show up. This has happened more than 5 times. The lack of communication has been unacceptable. When they finally did make it out we were told “we ran diagnostics on it and it’s doing something weird.” The lack of Integrity and incompetence is unbelievable!

If you are in the market for a boat WILLIAM is your sales man. He answered the hundreds of questions my husband and I had with patients and enthusiasm. The customer service here is truly exceptional. Having owned Mastercraft boats for over 12 years I can honestly say that Dave and the AWS team care genuinely care about their customers. I have had a few boating issues this year where Dave has gone out of his way to help me get back on the water to enjoy the summer boating days. This past Sunday morning (Labor Day weekend) he came to the marina to change out some spark plugs as the engine on my X46 kicked out an error code for a bad cylinder and, was not idling smoothly. I was literally back on the lake that afternoon surfing! I could not ask for anyone to be more responsive. If you own a MB or, are contemplating owning a MB, I have no hesitation in recommending you do business with AWS. I especially want to recognize Buck, Dayton and Dave for all that they do as a team when it comes to non-pressured sales, the time spent educating customers and finally, the lengths they go to take care of customers.

We are from the Clever Mo area and traveled down to spend the day with American Water Sports on the grand opening day. We knew we needed new bindings for our board but looking around and talking with Buck who runs the pro shop we found all we needed. A beautifu new Liquid Force board and bindings.
