I rented a car from them for a year I paid almost 12,000 dollars and when I wanted to return the car to them he told me I still owe for another month how is that when I renew the contract I always have to pay half of the payment before leaving the lot they clearly was upset that I was returning because they made good money off of me it's sad when people get greedy no weapon form against me, shall prosper God got me.

These guys saved me 4 years ago when I first opened my business. And I have been using them ever since.
Enterprise lied and said they had multipke vans for me. I kept calling and confirming for 6 months. They waited until 1 day before a large wedding of 100+ guests. Could have destroyed my business. I called America's Xpress sobbing! They came through!! I will always continue to rent my vans through them. They are reliable.
When you reserve a van, you know it will be there for you.

My vehicle was in the shop for repairs which was covered by the warranty. Rented a car from this company, when I returned the vehicle they told me they were going to contact the dealer for rental information to get it paid under the warranty, they never did. They never contacted me since Oct 2022 now with it over a year they sent me to collections and when I called Larry he was like uh ill call the dealer now they are working on this since the dealer is paying the rental. Not 1 time did this place reach out or it could have been cleared up along time ago. But they send to collections to solve the problem, then he told to clear it up just pay it. Im like no the extended warranty paid it already get the money from the dealer like you told me you would. Never again will I use them. I will file a complaint with better business bureau.

My car was stolen and they were able to get me in a rental FAST which I’m grateful for. I return the vehicle from filling it up with proof of receipt ONLY to be told that it is “not all the way on the line” the fact that I left with 350 miles and returned it with 390 wasn’t good enough lol these folks money hungry as hell if you wanted more money you could have just asked… definitely won’t be returning here again enterprise WOULD NEVER!!!

My old 2004 Saturn Ion went blink and I needed a rental fast. I did a search for car rentals and called one number were I got a recording of how great they are and a family run business. I didn't want to hear that so I called Express Rent-a-Car, a real person answered the call. No dumb recording. They picked me up and within one hour I was on my way home. The cost is reasonable, though the place isn't in the best area of San Bernardino, I liked that it had a "home feel" to it. The individual who assisted me was great. I rented out on Apr 28 and returned the car on May 8. Should I ever need a car rental, this is the place!
