The guys at Anchorage Yamaha are phenomenal! I was at the midpoint of a 10,000-mile ride from Maryland to Alaska when I called them from the road with a leaking fork seal. They had the parts, and they were able to fit me in when they opened the next morning. A short time later, I was back on the road with new fork seals and a smile on my face! Thanks guys!

They've been cool on my 5 visits for 1 easy service and misc parts. No complaints so far. They have been inconsistent with picking up the phones, and can be slow to pick parts, but we're all busy and human. I'll keep going back as they've demonstrated good character so far. Shop rates and parts feel expensive these days, but that's everywhere.

Bought a TT-R50 for my son. Thomas explained everything. Cost $2109.00 He never started it but got home had a dead battery. Can’t charge it got some new fangled batterie with no positive and negative. So I live 165 miles from there. So if I was gonna say anything positive I lost that when I got home and battery was dead. I guess I’ll buy a battery for it because the drive down is more expensive than the battery. Won’t do business again with them.

Went in there asking questions on how to change out my ATV Handle bars, asked what all parts I need for my ride tonight with a large group, they said need bar for a Yamaha Raptor, need grips and grip glue, asked if anything else because we are hitting the trails today, and of course we get out there install it and what do ya know, missing a part…. Very disappointed after asking twice if I need anything else and they said nope…. Now I am having to add a ton of glue to my right ATV throttle grip which is floppy and don’t fit… and go and buy another set of grips and glue for the second time, won’t be to bad but I asked them twice to ensure because we are hitting the roads… I would suggest to google before heading in to ensure you get the proper parts and to double check or even ask for a third time, now to head back to anchorage for a special trip especially after we had to race into town today and barely make it to cash out and hopefully they have what ever part I need or the proper grips, I feel they sold me Dirtbike grips, but I don’t know that’s why we asked so many questions

Extremely unprofessional workers, I was quoted $105 for a tire change but when it came time to paying, they demanded $475 dollars and continued to tell me how much I was screwing them over when I refused to pay the full inflated price. The worker that “helped me” was named Paul, He let me know how much I was ruining everyone’s day before sitting on my bike and talking to a co-worker instead of delivering it to me like he said he would. Absolutely no accountability for him telling me the wrong pricing and up charging me double what I would’ve been quoted at other shops. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Staff was very helpful. Answered all of my questions. Had the best price in town and had what I needed/wanted. I worked with Thomas there and just was a pleasant experience. Very happy with my purchase. Can't wait to go hunting with my new 4 wheeler.

They will not allow you to TEST RIDE their bikes. I would have paid cash and walked out with a new motorcycle, but they won't allow a test drive.
