Renting with Andeo was very smooth and seamless. Kerry is the man! He is very professional and was a big reason I enjoyed renting with Andeo so much. The vehicle was spotless and very fun to drive. Just a top notch experience from pickup to dropoff. Better than any experience I’ve had with some of the bigger companies, like Hertz and Enterprise. Will definitely be renting with Andeo next time I am in LA!

I wanted to rent something sexy and fun for the weekend. I came across Andeo Car Rentals and was very impressed with the selection of vehicles available . The site was easy to navigate and made the rental process stress-free. For me, customer service is everything and Kerry absolutely delivered! The price point was great for the Mercedes I selected. I rented out the mustang gt 5.0 and it was amazing Im 18 and was looking for a fast nice car since I was traveling a far distance and they were able to work with me and worked with the prices because of my age over all great experience will definitely book again

Terrible Customer service and scammers!!!
Rented the mustang for two days and couldn’t even enjoy the vehicle for 5hrs before it started giving me problems. Front tire kept loosing tire pressure every 15-30mins. Reported every time it happened. Took it in to get checked next morning no problems no leaks. I continue my trip just to get 30 miles before the tire pressure light comes on and have to pull to put air in the tire. Haven’t had the car for 24hrs yet and already had to fill the tire 4 times. Returned vehicle same day and kerry started that I would get a refund for the second day since I wasn’t able to continue the trip. Fast forward 3 days later to me contacting kerry about the wheel just for him to say everything is fine and will only be refunding me the day I choose not to continue. I ask about full refund just for him to state that he found no problems and all the problems I had were my fault ? 🤦🏾‍♂️ I say okay and ask how long will refund take. 3 business days and I say okay and end the call.
Just for him to call me back and try to belittle me because I left a review on his car instagram page, and to state that I will not get a refund and continues to get emotional and go off the contract we agreed on and try to charge me for things that were not agreed upon.

Just wanted to leave this review for people to know what and who they are dealing with.

Rented a 2018 Toyota Camry from them. Had some mechanical issues with my corolla and thought id rent out my dream car while its in the shop. Was an amazing experience. The car was amazing, it was clean and had no issues while i was driving. The customer service was great and i was even able to extend my rental by one more day. Would def rent from them again if i needed to!

I normally don’t do reviews but if you’re looking for quality and convenience definitely book with Andeo. They also have a broad range of cars to choose from at a reasonable price. Other rental companies are way over priced.
