Did not say a word to me upon entering or ask me if I needed any help even tho all 3 salesmen were not busy or helping customers, upon leaving they said thanks that's it. Dec10 is the date if you wish to not thank your employees because your employees at the other location were definitely willing to help and made it clear when I entered. I would not recommend this place if this is there service prior to buying one I couldn't imagine if you bought something.

I've passed this place a thousand times, (literally) on trips from Parker to LHC, I stopped in to see what they had, low and behold, they had exactly what I needed. A gently used Polaris Ranger Crew, with enough room for my woman, two Brindle dogs, the yeti, and guns and ammo. Excellent service from browsing the lot to the final sale. Would absolutely come back here in the future.

Purchased a RZR Pro XP 4 Premium for Jack and the team at AZ West. Even during the pandemic Jack communicated frequently re: lead times for my car and delays due to parts and supply. Jack shared with me the 1st responders Polaris discount and saved me a grip of money because of that promotion. AZ West was the only dealer that mentioned that promotion. Very appreciative. Kelly was amazing as well and all my paper work was ready and the close was easy and simple. This is the 2nd rig in our family and I cannot

My husband and I recently purchased a 2021 Turbo S from AZ West. Jack and Kelly made the process not only painless but enjoyable. They had everything ready and waiting for us. We were out the door with our new RZR, parts and accessories in a little over an hour. Az West’s team, be it sales, parts or service has been extremely helpful and professional. Purchased a passenger side steering boot for my 2014 RZR. $59.00. Didn't come with clamps! Talk about upcharge! It's too bad I needed it in a hurry. Could have bought both boots for $30 with the clamps further away! My Bad! Will never go back for parts here again. What a rip-off!
