I bought an IBEX 450 from Terry after speaking with him on the phone. He was honest, up-front and gave me a great deal on the bike. There was no pressure, no B.S. and definitely not your typical sales experience. I really appreciated that. I recently had my Polaris snowmobile serviced under warranty at Reno Cycles and Gear due to exhaust valve issues experienced out in Wyoming. I had another trip in West Yellowstone within the week and Colton and Mike in the Service Department did an EXCELLANT job of getting me back and running within a couple of days which included working with Polaris to diagnois the issue, order parts, and get them installed. Communication was excellent and I didn't have to call for updates as they communicated with me first!!!! Thanks guys for getting the job done and done right!!!!!!

Bought 2 brand new sxs. One had 0 miles and got home with a check engine light, the other has a issue which also was bought with 0 miles. , it slams into gear very harshly. I was sold a 3 year warranty which i found out is only up to polaris's discretion but when signing papers was led to believe that the store would cover any warranty issues. Some staff are very kind, others not so much. All in all i love my sxs's but next go around wont be purchasing another utv from this store as the quality control seems to be a big problem , at least in my exp

A few months ago Dave helped me with the purchase of an Outlaw 90 for my grandson, from Dave to the girls in the back office everyone was very kind and helpful towards both myself and my grandkids. Last week I came in to buy some new Klim riding gear for my sled and was helped by Heather she was amazing!! Processed my order first thing Monday with Klim and kept me up to date on my order when I went in today to pick up the order she remembered me by name and treated my 6 year old grandson so sweetly with a couple of poker chips!! I want you to know the next ATV purchase or gear purchase I make it will be with your store hands down. Merry Christmas and thank you!

Donna, Jordan, David, and everyone there always greets me by name when I walk through the door. They treat people with respect and go out of their way to make things right if there is a problem. When Polaris says "No" to something, they are willing to get on the phone to their Rep and fight your case and get things handled.

Dropping 5 stars for Colton in service. Have worked with him on a couple different items for my rzr. Needed a new motor and he helped me quite a bit during that process. Took care of some bearings for me and most recently, helped me save a Sand Mountain trip by helping me scavenge a part to get my rzr back in working order so I could enjoy the rest of the weekend. Appreciate his help.

Bought a bike in Portland and was traveling through NV when I had a mishap. Tried to figure out what I was going to do about it on a Sunday afternoon. Was pleasantly surprised when I realized Reno Cycles and Gear was actually open. They were closer than Vegas so I took it there. Had I been clear thinking, I would have rented a vehicle and brought it home to NM as I know my local dealer and they are excellent. After reading several reviews, I am hopeful that Reno Cycles and Gear will get me on the road. The service section was closed, so they rolled it right in the front door and left it on the showroom floor. Not good for my ego but a safe place for the Challenger. I was also appreciative that the nice lady up front, sorry I’m horrible with names, drove me to where I needed to go. Thanks for a great experience and can’t wait to get it back to continue my adventure. After reading several other reviews, and as a business owner, we must all be a little more patient. Small business is struggling to maintain quality and loyal employees. These are tough times for everyone. I appreciated that these employees were there on a weekend when most motorsports businesses are closed.
