Not that it matters but he is not Middle Eastern bro, he is a Sikh who is probably from India, I just wanted to make that distinction, again not that it matters. Now on the review! I was introduced to this quaint little shop when I looked up bicycle tires online in my local search engine. Even though they are mainly an auto parts and accessories store they also cater to bicycle customers as well. I personally don't know the extent of their bicycle inventory but they were able to meet my needs. I don't have a bicycle but I do have a manual wheelchair that uses bike tires. Specifically they had the inner tube I needed which they were more than willing to install for an additional $5 and they did it while i waited! During my wait time there was a a steady stream of customers who basically all left satisfied with either the part they wanted or answers to questions that they came in with. Once they even pointed a customer to the retail store nearby which had the item they needed in hand because I think that they had to order it due to the fact they ran out of that part instead of just telling that customer to buy it from them but it would take a few days to get there or just saying nothing at all about getting it somewhere else. They seemed genuinely concerned about that particular customer. I also noticed that a lot of the customers who came in were familiar with the people who worked there, who i can say were very knowledgeable and you can tell they were good at their jobs. People who worked there are behind the counter mostly and are very friendly and accommodating. I have been there twice since I first went and I plan to come back to them for my wheelchair tire(bike tire) needs. Also if my suspicions are correct about them being able to beat the battery price at the local Walmart then I will more than likely go to them to get it replaced. Oh did I forget to mention that they had very reasonable prices and a knowledgeable staff, well they do! They get a 5 star rating from me and I am sure you will be satisfied if you go there as well. This is my favorite autoparts store! You will never be disappointed with appy's service they provide. I have a 323i bmw and have had replacements ordered through appys I have rented tools to work on my vehicle they give me the best advice when it comes down to it. I have been treated so well coming to this store.

Poor customer service. I went to have my center bearing on my driveshaft pressed. I had already done the job, but I was doubting myself took it there they charged me 60 dollars did not press the bearing told me I did everything correctly. Charged me the same amount, they also told me I was going to need another bearing so I bought another one for no reason. I will not be returning ever.

Better then most auto parts Giants, appys has been around for so manny years why? Because they help you get exactly what you need! If he doesnt have the part He Wont quit He will Get it asap!! Love the service , Small Store.. BIG in customer Service A++++

Middle eastern guy is real cool. Good for quick auto parts....prices are cheap. There warehouse is near by...so you won't wait long if they don't have your part.

They broke my lugnuts on one tire and wanted me to pay them. 50.00 dollars for them and I payed my bill already there. Parts. Are. Cheap. But they still. Broke my. Parts. And. I won't be going there again.

Good prices but terrible service denfinaltey will not be going back , me and my husband have been waiting 2 going on 3 hours for a starter piece and when my husband called and asked to speak to the manager the woman who answered the phone refused to give the phone to her manager..

Nice and owner is accommodating. Reasonable Price , somewhat 20-25% less. Try and call this auto shop.
