Was told 2 weeks to restore a dented tank and paint job when the motorcycle was dropped off. Was also told they would keep me updated. Called at 2 weeks, called again 2 weeks later. Was told it would be done the next week. Week 5, called and was told the work hadn't started and that they were pretty busy and would get it done by mid the next week. Week 6, called and was told they needed 2 more weeks. Finally got the call at the 2 month mark and was told I could pick it up the next day. I showed up and the bike is still torn apart and that I could wait for someone to come back to the shop and put it together. I come back the next day to pick up, the motorcycle is put together but the battery was dead. Simple customer service could definitely be improved. Keep the customer updated with the progress of the work being done and take the simple extra step to ensure that when they come to pick up
their motorcycle it is truly ready for them. No one wants their time wasted.

These guys are absolutely amazing. Installed bars, LEDs and did a custom paint job on my tank. I couldn’t be happier with their work. My bike is truly one of a kind because of Area 51 customs. In addition to doing great work, Josh and his crew were honest, straightforward, sent frequent updates with pics. Overall a great experience. 5 stars all the way!!

Area 51 Customs .....absolutely top notch service. I was 100 miles from home in Dothan and had an issue with my motorcycle. I called Josh's personal cell...Mind you it's Labor Day weekend and afterhours. He and his staff went above and beyond to get my bike back on the road. Huge thanks to them. If you are looking for any custom work to be done .. Give them a call!!!

These guys are great. I had mechanical problems with my softail on a Sat. And was riding back to Tampa the next day to be at work Monday. They jumped right on my bike and had it fixed in no time. You guys rock. I plan on stopping in whenever I am in town.
